This vacation rental has the option of utilizing The Players Club & Spa. The Players Spa and Club has twelve lighted Har-Tru tennis courts, a stadium court for exhibition play, basketball court, theater room, fitness/lap pool, two resort style pools with waterfall features, kids tot lot with beach sand for building sand castles, state of the art fitness center with two pilates/yoga rooms, bocce courts, a world class day spa, dining room with new grille room and bar, outdoor tiki bar and so much more!!!!
For those that like to explore, the home is equipped with new 4 cruiser bicycles to explore over 20 miles of biking, jogging and walking trails that wind their way through the Resort. Please enquire if you would like a web site link to view some bike trail routes.
For those wishing to escape colder parts of the country for a warm winter, this home is ideal. While many homes in the Masters Reserve end up with their lanai in shade for the morning or afternoon, this South West exposure ensures that the lanai has plenty of warm sunshine throughout the day. Our pool also offers a spa to ensure that even on a cooler day you can enjoy the water while you look over the beautiful sparking lake! Pool and spa heating costs are both included in the rental rates. Plus as a bonus we get the evening sunsets over the lake!!

1. Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests is limited to 6 persons.
2. Smoking is NOT allowed inside or outside the property under ANY circumstances. This includes cigars and electronic smoking devices. If smoking has occurred on the property the damage deposit will automatically be used to clean the carpets and furniture.
3.Any other person other than the Guest in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.
4.All of the units are privately owned; the Homeowners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness to any persons that occurs while on the premises or its facilities under any circumstances. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of any persons. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all persons are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. The owners of the property do not assume liability for the loss, theft, damage or injury (or death) to persons or their personal property. Guests agree to indemnify and hold the owners harmless for any liabilities, theft, damage, cost or expense whatsoever arising from or related to any claim or litigation which may arise out of or in connection with Guests’ use and occupancy of the rental property, including but not limited to claims for personal injury or property damage/loss.
5.Keep the property and all furnishings in good order
6.Only use appliances for their intended uses. Please note the home is equipped with a garbage disposal unit in the sink which churns up organic left over food matter. No eating utensils or bottle caps or anything other than food can be put down the sink disposal. Should this occur, it is likely that the garbage disposal unit will seize, in this case the damage deposit will be used to replace the unit. By agreeing to this rental agreement you are also agreeing to use the garbage disposal unit in the sink in a responsible manner and for its intended purpose.
7.Pets are not allowed (unless agreed upon in advance of placing the reservation) . If a pet is found to have been on the premises the damage deposit will automatically be used to clean carpets and furniture. Without exception.
8.Parking: This community requires cars be parked in the garage overnight.
9.Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. Please let me know if you would like to organize a cleaning service.
10.Spa and Pool: Use at your own risk. No jumping or diving permitted in the pool. The pool thermostat is computerized and has been preset. The pool settings are more complicated than that of a regular pool as it is an infinity pool with a waterfall, spa and main pool area. Please do not play with the settings as this may then require a service call from the pool company which will be charged back. Should you require assistance from the pool company a service call can be organized.
11. Bicycles: use at your own risk.
12.Storms: If there is a storm or hurricane, no refunds will be given
13. Access: Guest shall allow Homeowner access to the property for purposes of repair and inspection. Homeowner shall exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner.
14. DAMAGE/RESERVATION DEPOSIT - A reservation deposit it is fully refundable within (14) days of departure, provided the following provisions are met.
No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear. All keys are left on the kitchen table and unit is left locked. No pets were on the property (unless agreed);
No smoking of any kind was found to have occurred on the property (inside or outside the (URL HIDDEN) Long distance telephone calls were accrued by the renters
15. Cancellation Policy: If Guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation, the deposit of fees paid until the cancellation date is non refundable. The damage deposit is refundable.
16. Guest Membership passes are included for stays up to 14 days. Longer stays require a $265 membership transfer fee, to transfer full membership rights to the renters.
17. Guests will be required to sign and return a short term rental agreement prior to a reservation being confirmed. This agreement covers these 17 house rules.
