You are more than welcome to our home in Fishers Landing, Vancouver, Washington. (not Canada!) We have a manufactured home in a well-kept, spacious, 55+ community, so it's quiet -- and we are loving life here!
Enjoy the spacious master bedroom with comfortable queen bed, a desk and chair, sitting area & table, large private bathroom with tub and shower, and sliding door access garden patio.
There is a TV/DVD, and stack of DVD movies for all ages. No cable or internet with the TV.
We have an air mattress and floor mattress available for 1 or 2 extra guests.
A sliding glass door leads you to a little patio in the garden. Hot tub available in the back garden.
Fruit bowl and other small snacks and coffee/tea available. Bar fridge and microwave for your use.
Vitamix and an Omega juicer available if you wanna make a smoothie or some veggie/fruit juice.
NOTE: Follow the directions to our house on your itinerary--maybe print them out. The GPS will get you to our large housing park (17401 SE 39th St.), but it will NOT get you to our house (number 195). Feel free to call.

Weegee, the cat, loves our guests! However he's fearful of other animals, so you'll want to keep your pet in your room if you bring one.
•Tap water is from a well, good to drink.
•If we’re not home when you go out, please lock the back door by turning the switch on the knob. There is a set of keys (room and back door) on your desk.
•Please be mindful to be quiet in the morning before 9, and at night after 9. Thanks!
•Basic amenities are on the bathroom counter or in top right drawer.
•Please set any unused pillows on the side chairs (to save on water/laundry.)
•Let us know if you’d like to use the laundry machines.
•If you have a pet, you are welcome to let them go to the back garden. For walks, you can take them in your car to a nearby park. If you drive straight up 172nd Ave., cross 34th St. you’ll find a nice park there. There is also a big field at SE 39th St. & 172nd Ave.
• HOT TUB: You’re welcome to use it. Open top by folding it in half, or you can take the whole top off and set it aside. (replace when done) You can turn on the jets by pressing the “jets” button (it turns off automatically so just leave it when you’re done.) You can turn on the bubbles by turning the lever anti-clockwise. (turn it off when you’re done.)
I am Canadian from B.C., and Jim is from Kansas City, Mo. We have both done humanitarian work overseas for most of the past 40 years. We love people, art, music, food, Earth, travel and entertaining. We're very sociable, and also love quiet and peace too. We run a children's entertainment business where Jim as an amazing balloon artist, and June is a face painter. Jim does graphic arts. We have had many years experience running organization centers. In San Diego, we were involved in hosting and coordinating weddings and events. Wellness has also played a huge part in our lives, and we have a small organic garden, grow wheatgrass, make our own sprouts, vegetable juices and smoothies, have a rebounder, use essential oils and herbs, and general love a healthy invigorated life. We are world-travelers and have lived in Canada, US, Hong Kong, Macau, India, Japan, Peru, Philippines, Nepal, Thailand….and recently returned from 7 years in South Africa. My life's motto? Hmmmm, Something like: "Be love, be peace, be kindness, and every place you walk is a heavenly place!"
