Prior to arrival unit will be professionally cleaned, including all linens laundered. Fresh cut flower arrangements and fruit provided.

This unit is available only for rental during the first week of May 2016.
Guest have the entire top floor of the building including a private balcony. The top floor unit is accessed by two private entrances.
We live in the first floor unit and are available if needed.
We are happy to try to accommodate special requests such are stocking the refrigerator or bar. Also keep in mind this is a second floor unit and there is no elevator access for those in wheel chairs or who have trouble with stairs.
We expect guest to be respectful of the property and acknowledge that we do live below. When the property was renovated we created intentional separation between social areas of the second floor and the first and insulated well. Simply be mindful the building is multi-family. Also, no smoking inside or pets.
