The apartment is very bright with sun light in all rooms, extremely quiet with a view of the lake.
It is on a cul de sac so there is no traffic nor street noise. It is on the second floor of a house with 2 apartments. We own the house and as we live on the first floor, we would be happy to assist you in any request or question you may have, which could make your stay easier and more comfortable.
The visitor's tax (CHF 3.- per person/night) is exclusive of our price.

2 bedrooms (if rented by more than 2 people), otherwise 1 bedroom.
A big entrance hall with a closet to hang clothes.
A big dining room equipped with a big table.
A room equipped with desk, printer and screen.
A kitchen fully equipped.
A big balcony.
A bathroom with bathtub and toilet.
A separate toilet.

Closets with hangers.
Kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, ceramic glass cooktop, Nespresso coffee maker and its capsules made available, cutlery, plates, glasses, etc..
1 car parking space (2 on demand) is available in front of the house.
You can have access to the laundry room and use the washer and dryer, should you stay for one week or longer.
We live downstairs and have a small dog who is very friendly. We are therefore easily accessible if you have any questions. We are very quiet and respectful of others. We speak currently French and English.
