- Dear Guests, Pine Cone Hospitality is a company which provides privately owned apartments as holiday homes/homestay. As much as we would like to provide hotel quality services to you, there’s still some limitation on our services provided. We hope that you can understand shall there be any expectation differences between a well-organized hotel and our operation. We will try our very best to provide quality services to you. Your patience and kindness is greatly appreciated. 1)No smoking is allowed inside the house/apartment. Smoking is allowed only in the balcony, shall there be one in the apartment. 2)Dirty towels and wet cloths are to be thrown in the laundry bags provided, please do not leave them on the floor as it may stain the tiles and flooring. 3)The number of guests staying at the property must not exceed the number agreed to in the booking details, unless agreed to by us. In the event that any additional persons found staying at the property, an additional fee of RM100 per night per person will be charged. Shall the total number of guests exceed the maximum permissible, we reserve the right to terminate the booking without refund. 4)Please do not wear outdoor footwear, i.e. shoes/ slippers are allowed in the house/apartment. 5)Durians, strong smelling food and heavy cooking are not allowed in the house/apartment. Failure to adhere could result in additional cleaning charges. 6)For the next guest convenience, please don't throw any unrelated material into the toilet bowl. 7)Guests are not allowed to engage in any illegal activity at the property. 8)Loss of Room Key is subject to a penalty of RM 100. Loss of access card is subject to a penalty of RM200. 9)Check-in is @ 3pm onwards and Check-Out is @ 11am. Whilst we are more happy to provide early Check-in and late where possible but this will be subjected to our booking availability and at least 3 days’ notice. Failure to adhere to this could result in hourly additional charges. 10)Guests are responsible for leaving the property in the state in which you found it on arrival. All breakages or losses must be reported immediately yo us. Whilst we will not pursue reimbursement for minor accidental damage or normal wear and tear, the total cost of making good on any other damage or loss to the property, necessities provided or other contents in the property will be charged accordingly.
