Sunny, contemporary, newly renovated one bedroom guest suite in the heart of Cole Valley, one of San Francisco's most walkable and friendly neighborhoods. Suite covers two floors, and includes a large sitting room with breakfast table, TV viewing area and a spacious writing desk on the main floor, and one bedroom and bathroom upstairs. Suite faces south, with great views of Sutro Tower. Suite is very private and secure, tucked away behind a charming, locked courtyard, with a shared backyard.
Our guest suite is a delightful alternative to an upscale hotel suite and comfortably accommodates up to two guests in a quiet and private setting in Cole Valley. Newly renovated in 2016, the unit features furnishings from Restoration Hardware, CB2, West Elm, Anthropologie and linens by Serena and Lily. While the unit does not have a kitchen, it does have a Marshall Amp mini fridge for drinks and snacks, as well as a Nespresso machine and an assortment of teas. In addition, there are numerous food and drink options within one block of the house, including La Boulangerie, Luke's Local, Padrecito, Burgermeister, Zazie, Inovino Wine Bar and Grandeho's Kamekyo Sushi, as well as a great pub, Finnegan's Wake.
The suite is attached to the rear of a single family house and functions as a separate guest suite, accessed via a private courtyard, with shared access to a large yard. The suite can be locked off from the rest of the house ensuring complete privacy for guests. Access is convenient, via keypad locks.
I'll welcome you to the suite in person, and after that I am happy to help out however I can, including sharing my best Cole Valley and SF tips (or simply staying out of your way if you prefer!)
My house is registered with the City of San Francisco - Permit STR-0001889. Possession of a San Francisco Short-Term Rental Registration Certificate certifies that the registration certificate holder has agreed to comply with the terms of the San Francisco Short-Term Residential Rental Ordinance (SF Admin Code Section 41A). This ordinance does not require an inspection of the unit by the City for potential building, housing, fire or other code violations. And yes, if you are still reading this, the City requires me to post the foregoing!
