1. RESIDENCE SUITES LIABILITY
The Residence Suites will not in any way whatsoever, be responsible for the loss, damages or theft of cash, jewellery or other valuables left unattended in guest rooms.
2. SMOKING FREE POLICY
The Residence Suites applies ‘Smoke Free Policy’ within the Residence compound & area. All units of Residence Suites are non-smoking zone. Non adherence to our ‘Smoke Free Policy’ in the residence suites and public area carries a cleaning charges of MYR500 to be borne by the guest concerned.
3. CHECK IN & CHECK OUT POLICY
Check in time is at 1500hrs and check out time is at 1100hrs. Early check in and late check out arrangement can be made at applicable charges and subject to the rooms availability. We are advice the guest to make an early arrangement for the request. Charges will be at minimum of MYR100 & maximum of MYR200 – hourly basis & charges might vary for different room category.
4. LOST & DAMAGES POLICY
The guest is fully responsible for any damages cause by intention or cause by the guest recklessly while using the facilities. Any loss of the items in the Residence Suites property will incurred the charges whichever necessary & needs by Pine Cone Hospitality.
5. CLEANING POLICY
Kindly note that our housekeeping personnel will enter the Residence Suites at any time for a cleaning purposes without the guest present. This is apply to all the guest with the cleaning package included. To those guest with a cleaning fees charges, our housekeeping personnel will only come once a day for basic cleaning – no other service provided.
6. RESIDENCE KEY & CARD ACCESS POLICY
Loss of residence key will be charge at MYR50 & residence card access at MYR250.
7. ACTIVITY POLICY
Guest is restricted to do an activity against the law in the Residence Suites. Pine Cone Hospitality has right to terminate the accommodation without further notice and refund. Loud music and noise is prohibited.
8. DISCLAIMER NOTICE
Guests are responsible for leaving the property in the state in which you found it on arrival. All breakages or losses must be reported immediately to us. Whilst we will not pursue reimbursement for minor accidental damage or normal wear and tear, the total cost of making good on any other damage or loss to the property, necessities provided or other contents in the property will be charge accordingly.
