appreciated for your 1 star review, your precious time, and your booking with us, and i am sorry that i couldn't make you happy the way you wanted.
and there was a lack of knowledge and understanding about your thinking( No one hotel,Motel,or holiday house gives free extra beds, as you were thinking) , Firstly you have booked for the 1 guest. you have booked this property at the last minute and we have prepare 1 bed for you. and before my staff member leave from the property, i wanted to make sure that are you really a single person gonna live in 4 bedroom house?? and i sent you text with asking that how many actual people gonna stay at the property as you have booked for only 1 person??? and you have turned in to 4 guests, then asked you to amend booking for the 4 guests instead of 1 person. then i have instructed to my staff member to prepare 2 double bed for the 4 peoples. and told you in advance when you weren't started your journey yet towards property even. that there is 2 bedrooms are ready for the 4 guests. and you again turned up that we need three double bed and 1 single bed, then i have told you that no problem we can rearrange for you as per your requirement, and asked you amend booking for the 7 guests and we will fulfil your requirements without any hesitation and i personally always try my best to help my guests requests and always try our best to keep them happy... and you got angry because you wanted extra beds for completely FREE.. ( and you are the only one guests who have asked me that sort of demanding question.. we have 95% 5 star reviews from the genuine guests who have stayed at the same property.. and even just before your check in date also have given 5 star review..( did you real it??? that you are the only single person who gave 1 star review cos you have send me message before the submitting review that give me $350. refund and we will settle this issue and if i don't give $350 then you will put bad review and blah blah blah... i have clearly said that mate, you can write what ever you want but we will not accept your black mailing demands, cos there are many reason...(1) when you booked the house and came at property my staff member met you at the property personally and given detailed info about the stuffs at the property and if you were not happy then you should ask for the free cancellation and we are always happy to fulfil guests decision or request and we may cancel your booking free of charge without any issue with full refund, but you didn't ask anything like that (2) i have personally sent you text message next day morning that Hi Travis hows your stay going? everything OK? do you need any help or have any question? if yes then please feel free let me know and will solve your request within shortest time(usually we try to solve in 1 hour maximum) and taking all requests very seriously as we receives from that and you can read these all in my previous reviews which guests written there. but you didn't even reply my text or you didn't complaint for anything on that day or during your 5 nights stay at the property. ( 3) standard check out time is 10 AM. but you guys were in property till 1:00 pm and even my staff member came there at 10 you guys were inside but on that day we buzz door bells but you guys didn't opened the door even. and you did check out at 1:00 pm. i have paid that three hours payment to my staff member for nothing plus we had another guests on that day so i have to prepare whole property for them before 3:)) pm so i need to add another extra 2 staff member to finish on time and again i have to pay that 2 staff members for 4 hours wages. But as a being a good and respectful and Responsible host i didn't ask for the single cent from you or didn't deduct from your deposit. that's the our generosity, as we treat our guests as own family and expect that they gets what ever they have paid for. or even didn't put bad review for you on your profile if we wants we can ruin with the bad words or same as you have submitted False review on my profile but its you and its me here. ( Reality always worth more and no one good business people never cheat to their customer and even try to digest bitter sip from customers. (4) after check out you didn't said anything and you turned up after 10 days and demanding for $350 Refund and trying to black mailing with bad review and stuffs??? does it fair at all???? you shouldn't taking advantage of good people mate. as well as Nothing free in this world. so if you wants extra service with free then its not gonna work at all my friend. and this list goes on and on but it may doesn't affect you any way but i have my self respect and you were still my guests so don't wanna say anything false or bad word for you or your group other wise i could write on your profile. But no we respect our guests and its doesn't suit with our business policy either we don't ruin others life/profile with writing false info's.
Again thanks for precious time and 1 star False review( even its only you ) but we respect it and accepting is as your experience, cos this is holiday house and may be you always stays in 5 or 7 star hotels so this place may looks ugly or dirty to you. so all good mate.
