The gondola from the New Base Village lets people off in this area (where they have the ski school). This area is also only a 10-minute drive to Aspen, compared to other homes that are located on top of the Snowmass Village where you have long, winding roads, sometimes uncomfortable driving in snowy conditions

Please treat our home with tender loving care…Take your shoes off when coming in and no ski boots in the house.
The fireplace and a live fire are often dangerous and care must be taken at all times. Please do not let any of your friends, children, or visitors be in control of the fireplace. Sometimes an amber can spark out of the fireplace, which can be hazardous. Please make sure the fire is 100% out before you leave the house or go to bed. Remember to shut the glass doors once the fire is at a very low level…otherwise, keep the fire doors ajar or open, as the intense heat can cause the glass to explode. The screen should be placed in front of the fire to help stop any sparking embers.
Damages: You are responsible for any damage to our home. Please let us know as soon as possible if anything occurs – as it is important that we keep our home in excellent condition and repair or replace anything needed. Once your stay is over, we will check the home and advise you if there anything you may have overlooked. We would then return your security deposit, deducting any charges…but we do charge an additional administrative charge for things we discover that you may have overlooked – which we want to avoid. Again, please treat our home with TLC.
Inspection: When you arrive, please take a moment to inspect the home. If ANYTHING is not acceptable (i.e. areas need further cleaning, items broken/missing, maintenance problem, etc), please let us right away so we may take care of it immediately. Please complete the checklist we will provide and email it to us. This is important as we want to keep the home in perfect condition and while we do not want to assess any damages to you, if you do not note any damages on the checklist on your move-in day, we would have to assume any damages were done by you.
