4 Southern Place is a single-storey lodge offering an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a woodburning stove, plus a Smart TV and WiFi. The kitchen includes an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, kettle and toaster. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with TV and an en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC, and a twin bedroom serviced by a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Gas central heating with woodburning stove. Fuel, power, and starter pack for woodburning stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Outside, the lodge offers decking with furniture and off-road parking for 1 car. Two well behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Within 0.6 miles or less you will find a shop and a pub. Enjoy a comfortable Cornish escape at 4 Southern Place. Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am. Note: Due to balcony decking area and as there are lakes and open water on the site children must be accompanied at all times. Note: Barbecues are not to be brought to the site. Note: Steps to access property. Pets to be kept on a lead at all times on site. Note: there is a Good Housekeeping Bond of 250 GBP. Please note that the ponds and surrounding reed beds form an important natural habitat for local wildlife.
