Hi Sophie! Thanks for reviewing your stay at my apartment, and for some positive comments.
However I feel that some of the review is misleading and incorrect.
Before checking in my customers I inspect the apartment and check all aspects, wich include the hot water switch being in the on position, which it was. When you informed me that you had no hot water, on inspection I found that the hot water switch had been changed to the off position, wich can only be done manually.
On the lake the busiest periods are the week of Easter and the summer period, so that would explane the noise.
The apartment is a 15/20 minutes walk to the station as I have walked it myself many times, if you arrived at night and are walking to the apartment in the dark whilst carrying all your luggage it is possible that it took you longer.
