This bright yet cozy end unit townhome is less than a 10 minute walk to Whole Foods, Summit Stage transfer station, Starbucks, Safeway, and a local park with a stocked fishing lake. For more fishing, boating and fun, Frisco Bay Marina and Lake Dillon are a mile away. Shopping, dining and sight-seeing in Downtown Frisco are just down the bike path from the property. This is the perfect hub for your mountain vacation during any season.
The fully stocked kitchen and dining room are on the main level with sliding glass doors leading to the deck over-looking the peaceful Aspen-filled yard. If you like to BBQ, we have a charcoal grill on the back deck. The kitchen opens to the living room where you can sit by the fireplace, watch a movie or just enjoy the peace and quiet. The main floor also has a full bath and large capacity washer and dryer.
Wind up the stairs to the three bedrooms and two full baths where the master bedroom with an attached bath has a queen bed. It is full of light and overlooks the back yard and has mountain views. The next bedroom has vaulted ceilings, also overlooks the Aspens and has a feather soft king sized bed. The third bedroom has large windows with vaulted ceilings, mountain views and a bunk bed.
The newly finished basement can be a game room, with a table for 4 and a wet bar. It is also a movie room for snuggling up on the pull-out sleeper couch or oversized armchair. While we are not calling this a "bedroom" because it is an open room, it has a really comfortable full-sized bunk bed which could sleep even more guests.
Having an end unit townhome means lots of windows for views and light, plus... you only share one wall with a neighbor!
We do require a basic lease agreement to be signed prior to your stay.
Our names are Tommy and Rebecca Holley. Tommy has lived in Frisco, Keystone, Breckenridge, Silverthorne and Leadville, and Frisco is by far our favorite. It has that small town charm yet it has all the modern conveniences and is next door to 4 amazing ski areas. Rebecca has spent summers in Aspen and now we live in Boulder. We have 2 young sons, and enjoy sharing the outdoors of Summit County with them. Aside from the ever-popular skiing and boating, our favorite activities are fishing at our neighborhood fishing lake and nearby river, playing at the Meadow Creek playground, and walking on the path to Downtown Frisco for ice cream or to check the festivals that are often happening there. This is truly our "home away from home".
