1) By Booking a Reservation you AGREE to sign the Rental Agreement within 24 hours and to all the terms and conditions listed. Within your rental agreement you will have the opportunity to purchase additional items such as travel insurance, damage waiver, Parking Fees, and other miscellaneous services.
2) Renter must be at least 25 years of age to Book. A valid phoro ID is required at check-in.
3) NO PETS are allowed in the unit.
4) NO SMOKING in the unit or on the Lanai.
