Studio apartment in a warehouse conversion right in the heart of heritage West End of Fremantle. Integral kitchen/sitting/bedroom with seperate bathroom. Unique outlook into macaw aviary. Private entrance. Short walk to beach and numerous cafes and restaurants.
Through a massive steel gate, a vine-covered driveway leads back to the apartment and main house. The studio apartment has it own entrance and is part of a warehouse conversion. It consists of a single long room with bed/dressing/ sitting area and kitchenette. Through a connecting door is a seperate bathroom and connection to the main house. Although it is not air-conditioned the room stays remarkably cool throughout the day. An interesting feature is that one of the studio windows looks out into an aviary housing Rastas, the macaw parrot!
The main house is an architect designed space filled with light and interesting art pieces. It is surrounded by plant and water-filled courtyards and has a roof garden on the third floor. The main house is our home but guests may be invited to share at the owners discretion.
Queen sized bed with dressing area
TV / music system,
Kitchenette with fridge/freezer, stove, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine
Bathroom with toilet, shower and basin.
Although guests have a private entrance the studio is part of our family home. We are warm and friendly people who enjoy the company of interesting people but understand a mutual need for privacy at times. As mentioned in guest rules, although we have no children living at home, we have a number of animals so pet lovers would feel very much at home!
Although we have no children living at home we do have dogs, a cat and a macaw. A pet lovers paradise but if you are allergic or dislike animals this is not for you. Rastas likes to exercise his vocal cords now and again in the morning so lovers of lie-ins beware!
The studio is attached to our family home. We expect that our guests would behave in a courteous and respectful manner.
