Dear Carlos, we value your feedback but would like to say we’d value it even more if your feedback was honest.
First of all, you can see clear on photos that unit is settled as Studio, photos show everything, nothing is hidden. Photos were taken by Airbnb photographer so l don’t know how much more they can be accurate. Studio is part of the Condominium building, with reception and it is not settled as hotel, there is no other hotel services existing.
We have our own cleaning lady and we always informed you when she was coming to clean the apartment. The same situation was with the broken bed frame underneath the mattress, we informed you that we will send somebody to inspect and to repair it temporary. You even said “Thank you” after we informed you, we would come as soon as possible to fix the problem. Beside this, nobody else entered in the apartment and moreover, you were always informed in advance, when our staff will enter.
The person who you describe as acting on my behalf is my husband and he was just asking for something that is stated in our house rules and that all our other guests respect. Electric payment is not something that goes through Airbnb later after your check out, but in your case, yes, Airbnb refunded us for your electric bill because you refused to pay for it. If you checked our house rules you would be informed that you need to pay for electricity yourself upon check-out. Also regarding the construction work, we have it mentioned twice; in our description and also in our house rules. If you would have read them you would see it as other guests can see them promptly. And we didnt add this info later as you mentioned in your review; this very important notice has been there already for months.
