Cozy room with soft queen size bed & private bathroom that comfortably hosts 2. Conveniently located less than 1.5 miles from UNCC & a short drive to uptown. Plenty of books, a violin, a guitar, iPad (no tv yet) & a playful puppy. Free coffee & fruit. Free parking. Washer/dryers on the apartment complex site.
You may use the kitchen, patio and living room at will! If you want to play with the puppy and I am not around, just open the door to my room and her kennel is right inside.
I will socialize as much or as little with you as you would like. Also, if I'm not around during the day or evening, I'm always available via private message or text for any questions you may have during your stay.
I have a new puppy in the household, so patience may be required. She is in process of being trained. I also added a cat to the family, but he is sweet, nice and puts up with the pupper. Perk- we will let you play with the pup and cat. ;)
NOTE: if you bring your own furry friend (2 max), there is an additional $5 one-time upcharge/pet. Airbnb does not have that as an add-on, so please just bring cash.
Smoking cigarettes is fine outside on the patio.
Check-in can be flexible, and we will try to accommodate.
No excessive noise from 11p.m. to 7 a.m., as I like to be courteous to my neighbors.
You may borrow books, instruments, games and such for your enjoyment, but please keep in good condition and do not take them when you leave.
Feel free to consume as much coffee and fruit as you want. Otherwise, please consume your own food, though you may use the fridge to store your items as well as the kitchen to cook your food. You may use some vegetable oil, salt/pepper, butter....
Make sure all lights are off and the front door is securely closed whenever you leave the apartment.
Finally, just relax and enjoy your stay! :)
I'm what I like to call a new-age Hippie as well as a Southern Belle- through and through with a shake and a twist.
My life motto is: I'll figure it out.
Absolutely adore culinary experimentation, playing with mah pup, hiking, meeting new people, reading, quote collecting, meme hoarding, and many more, much nerdier, things.
Current favorite quote: "Principles for the Development of a Complete Mind: Study the science of art. Study the art of science. Develop your senses- especially learn how to see. Realize that everything connects to everything else." -Leonardo da Vinci
P.S. If I cook while you stay as my guest, odds are I will offer you some of said cuisine.... That Southern upbringing we talked about....
