Located between Swan Bay and “Cottage by the Sea” beach, you will be at the oceans edge within a 2 minute walk from the front door. The 1947 three bedroom weatherboard house is set within a cottage garden and huge backyard. The historic town provides you with galleries, restaurants and cafes within a 10 minute stroll from the house either along the footpaths or the rail trail beside Swan Bay.
The house is set amongst a cottage garden and a huge backyard containing flowering gums, which during the flowering season are filled with musk and rainbow lorikeets. The backyard also contains fruit trees, and herb garden which you are welcome to help yourself to. The backyard is ideal for children as it is large enough to have a game of cricket or kick the football or soccer ball around. It also contains a trampoline and a cubby house.
The house consists of polished floorboards throughout. It has three bedrooms, 2 containing queen size beds and the third containing a single bed (this room also contains a fold out camping bed with self-inflating mattress suitable for a child - if required). The lounge room has very large comfy couches, TV and DVD/Video player, an extensive selection of children’s movies, a bookshelf with magazines, games and books to enjoy.

Kyne and I both work in the environmental science field. We have currently re-located interstate for our work. We love the beach and everything about the ocean. We are offering everyone the opportunity to holiday in our beautiful house at Queenscliff. We adore our house and everything about Queenscliff and hope to return here one day to live permanently.
I also love Antarctica and have been there 3 times, twice for work and once as a tourist. I love auroras and have seen the aurora australis a few times while working at sea. I hope to see the northern lights one day.
