Thank you Ian for your warm welcome and driving us to the local bank office. I really appreciate. The apartment is newly renovated for sales rather than for Airbnb. Therefore, you can find new and clean kitchen and bathroom but it may lack every day appliances and goods. The location is good as it very near Mitchell free way and Westfield shopping center as well as Osborne Park shops and businesses. It is reasonably priced for our long term rent (34 nights). Given the above advantages, potential customers should note the followings: no wifi, no disc washing machine, no aircon (humidifier fan instead). It is rather uncomfortable during hot summer. The dryer is not working properly.
