Arapahoe Lodge - Features the look of a mountain lodge. It has it’s own hot-tub and the easiest access of any unit to the Dakota Lodge pool which is conveniently located steps from the main entrance. Heated underground parking.

The Timbers - Looking for a 5 star room in Keystone? Do you like the rustic mountain cabin feel and being pampered by an on-site concierge? These rooms are located right on the slopes where you can put on your skis, walk out of the lobby and ski down to the gondola. Pure elegance. Very similar to a Ritz-Carlton Hotel. Indoor/Outdoor poo, ski lockers, outside firepit, Viking grill, and grand piano.

Lone Eagle - Looking for a luxurious room in Keystone? Lone Eagle is it. These elegant rooms are located right next to the gondola and define ski-in, ski-out convenience. Heated outdoor pool. Heated parking. Ski lockers. Similar to a Four Seasons Hotel.

Red Hawk Lodge - Red Hawk Lodge is one of the newest additions to River Run and features higher-end finishes and it`s own private pool and hot tub overlooking the ski slopes. 150 yards to The Gondola.

Expedition Station - Expedition Station features a small western-town look and is one of the few buildings with it`s own private pool and hot-tubs and a fitness center.

Buffalo Lodge - Buffalo Lodge features a rustic log-beam look. It’s also has the largest common area called the ‘Buffalo Club’ which features 2 slate pool tables, a big screen TV and 2 private Hot Tubs for the building. Conveniently located next to shopping, dining, and nightlife.

Dakota Lodge - Dakota Lodge features a western look and boasts it’s own pool and hot-tubs. It also is one of the only lodges with a sauna. Next to putt putt golf, shopping, dining and attractions.

Silver Mill - Silver Mill features the look of a mine! It has the most (3) and largest hot-tubs and access to the nearby Dakota Lodge pool through underground parking or outdoors. Next to Starbucks and 100 yards to the Gondola.

The Springs- Springs is the closest Building to the new River Run Gondola! Springs also has by far the most luxurious amenities. It features it’s own private year-round pool with a slide that winds through the rocks and hot tubs and a zero-entry fountain area. 100 yards to the new Gondola.

Red Hawk Town homes - Exclusive group of 6 platinum-level buildings located through the Red Hawk Lodge gate, and walking distance to River Run and the Gondola. 250 yards to Gondola.

Black Bear Lodge - 50 yards to the new Gondola. Great location and next to all shopping, dining and nightlife.

JackPine Lodge - 50 yards to the new Gondola. Similar to a Hilton or Marriott hotel. Next to the Keystone Pavilion where the arts perform. Also, next to one of the great beer and hamburger restaurants in River Run -- Kickapoo Tavern.

We stayed at Valarie’s Keystone condo for 4 nights, checking out on Feb. 26, 2017. This review is in the context of paying $ 1706 for the 4 nights. My wife and I are experienced with Airbnb, both as guests and hosts. We have stayed in Keystone and Breckenridge Airbnb condos to ski many times. Rating 3 stars OK Pros: The location is excellent for skiing Keystone. It is about a 6 minute walk to the base of the gondola. If not having to drive to Keystone to ski is a key criteria for you, this condo might be desirable. Cons: 1) The check-in directions are poorly written. It is not clear that you have to pick up the keys NOT at the condo check-in across the plaza, and NOT at the lockbox in the lobby of the condo, BUT at the real estate office which is a couple of miles west on Rt. 6. And the office is pretty tricky to find. It is NOT visible from the highway. You MUST have GPS to find the office. We arrived during business hours. It is unclear how you would get the key if it were after business hours. 2) Some of the equipment in the condo does not function. The over the stove microwave had a vent fan which was inoperative. When you broiled anything in the oven, the smoke rose out of the stovetop burners. Fortunately the smoke alarm did not go off. The microwave light for the stovetop was not working. The gas fireplace flame was about 3 inches high and invisible through the cloudy glass door. The blinds to the patio could not be raised or lowered. 3) For a condo at this price point, the supplies were pretty minimal. There was no scrubee or kitchen sponge. No potholders. No colander. No foil or plastic wrap. The only spices were salt and pepper. There were only two kitchen towels. There was JUST enough toilet paper (2.5 rolls) for a 4 day stay for 2 adults. 4) Lacking anyway to clean the broiler pan, we texted the owner to learn if we could put the broiler pan in the oven on the “oven cleaning” setting when we left. We never got a response in over 24 hours, so we tried as best as we could to clean it with multiple kitchen paper towels. 5) The general impression was that the owner was trying to spend as little as possible in the unit. $ 426/night is a premium level price point. Our suggestion would be that she invests some money in kitchen equipment, fix the inoperative appliances (microwave, blinds, fireplace) and buy a few supplies. 6) Parking in the underground garage is VERY tight. I have parked in urban condo garages for many years. The many columns, narrow aisles, and narrow spaces at Expedition Place are challenging. Our rental was a Hyundai Sonata. A larger SUV would have been impossible.

Hi Tina, We appreciate your feedback in an effort to upgrade our 5-star service. 1) The arrival information includes our welcome center address, driving directions and after-hours checkin procedures are very clearly stated on the document but we will make them a larger font and in bold. 2) After you emailed us about the broiler, we fixed it within 1.5 hours our maintenance records show. We are trying to expedite maintenance requests to 60 minutes. 3) The supplies in the kitchen are standard and will consider asking our owners to supply the list you gave us....great idea I thought!! 5) The condo price is 24% lower than the resort price for the same building and same size condo. We are the lowest priced mgmt company in town, and try to maintain that leadership position. 6) Parking is tight because but most buildings have outdoor parking whereas we offer underground and heated parking for our guests. So sorry, but we can't change the parking size unless you park outside in designate areas.

Room is a great location - first floor room and just steps from the entry and the hot tub. Plus the Murphy bed is a huge plus over the usual sleeper sofa.
