Located in the village of Les Bossons, a quiet residential part of Chamonix valley in a small chalet complex between Les Houches & Chamonix ski areas.

The apartment is in a purpose built chalet, 1 of 4 apartments measuring approx. 50m2 and offers comfortable accommodation with a log burning fire.

On the ground floor the apartment has a lounge/dining area with an open fire and a flat screen TV with a DVD player. The lounge has double opening doors which lead out onto wooden decking and private garden. There is also a sofa bed for 2.

The kitchen is open style with breakfast bar separating it from the dining/lounge area. It has a full kitchen with fridge, oven, dishwasher and washing machine plus all required utensils. There is a bathroom with wet-room style shower and WC.

On the first floor you will find 2 bedrooms, both are loft style so low head height at one end. One room is a double with Velux and the other is a bunk room.

This property is perfect for families and friends looking for a quiet location with cosy log fire and a chalet feel.

- We meet our guests upon arrival and take them to the property they have rented from us so we can go over everything with them but the following is a bit of useful information before you book.

Normal check out is 10am and check in is between 5pm & 8pm. We try to be as flexible as possible on this so we request that you supply us with travel details so we can do our best to prepare the property for your planned arrival time.

Our rentals include:

o The property
o Linen with beds made on arrival
o Towels
o All local taxes
o Our pre arrival booking service
o Our in resort rep service.

We take a damage deposit upon arrival of 500 Euros via credit card. It is a pre-approval system so no funds are actually put on your card.

Throughout peak season we have a 7 night minimum stay and may also have fixed changeover-days. Please contact us with your request and we will endeavour to find a solution to your travel dates!

I have been living in Chamonix for 17 years and love it! Great place to live and bring up a family.

I teach skiing and I have been renting properties in Chamonix with travel company - High Mountain Holidays - since I have been here and now have a range of self catered chalets and apartments that are second to none and all offer facilities you would expect in any quality rental property plus fantastic views and easy access to the lifts and activities around the valley.
