There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the house. The house has a kitchen and a dinner room. We Pepa & Tito living here (a medium and large sized dogs, respectively).
The house has space for a car and bikes (which I have none) but you are welcome to bring yours or rent and leave it there if needed.
Perfect for drifters who just need a place to crash for a night or so and dont mind dogs that want attention. Dont expect nothing fancy nor luxorious! Regular house, few furnitures.
Neighborhood where other 4 families related to mine live at :) Very close access to 3 shopping malls (all on walking-distance) and 2 buses terminals.
It has hot water, cable tv and internet access as well as space for car. Comfy queen size bed and private bathroom.
I do not provide personal bath towels nor guarantee breakfast every morning for a long duration stay.
There are some plants and flowers around and I don't expect any kind of help with the gardening nor with pet sitting. But you are welcome to do so if you enjoy such things.
I will be at home most of the time, but a key set will be provided in case I need to abstain myself.
The dogs occasionally enter the house so you must be pet friendly. Only one of them sleeps inside and she is very needy, cute and sweet and often decides to go to sleep with the guests instead of with me. Please be cool in case she does so, she is a spoiled mid-age lady :)
- During week days, house is locked before midnight unless differently specified upon agreement;
- You may check-in and check-out at anytime but it MUST be scheduled;
- Only small indoor pets are allowed since one of my dogs is not friendly with other animals, so he will be outside in case that you bring yours;
- A $5 USD or $15 BRL pet fee is applied per animal and per day.
I am a 23 years old, International Relations student and work part-time as a personal assistant. I am vegetarian, very sporty and artsy. I live with two dogs - my best friends. I hope you have a great time while here. I have lived with 4 host families in the past and am excited to start this tradition myself.
My sister and my brother-in-law are my neighbors on this townhouse (they live upstairs, with complete independent entrance to their garage and front door).
