This renovated house of 130 square metres with 50-square-metre terrace placed on the seafront is divided into three double bedrooms, two bathrooms (one of them is small), a dining room, a kitchen and a utility room.
The three bedrooms face outwards; in one of them, there is a double bed while in the other two, there are twin beds. Wardrobes are built-in in all of them.
The dining room offers natural lightning all day, which can be enjoyed by a maximum of six people from the two comfortable sofas or rocking chairs. With a unique décor, it has direct access to the front terrace, which means breath-taking views to the calm and bright sea. It presents a mixture of styles: a traditional rehabilitated structure decorated with modern touches.
The kitchen is fully equipped (there are all the utensils needed for your stay) and has a convenient access to the side terrace.
An extremely spacious and renovated bathroom with shower and another small one are set in the house for your convenience.
The flat is provided with an air conditioning system (hot and cold) in the living room. Moreover, some appliances can be found in the apartment, such as a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, an oven, a washing machine, a glass ceramic stove, a toaster, a coffee maker, a kettle, a hairdryer and an iron (and its ironing board). As part of the furnishings, tableware, glassware, cutlery, kitchen utensils, bedding, towels and some cleaning supplies are included.
There is a flat screen TV and a fibre-optic broadband Wi-Fi connection (100 MB).

The apartment must be rented as a whole and exclusively for tenant’s use in order to comply with Spanish Urban Lease Act. Besides, there are no extra services provided, neither touristic nor cleaning ones, during the the guest's stay in the apartment. Should you require any further information, please contact us.
In order to ensure that all our guests have a comfortable and save stay, once the booking is completed, guests will have to sign a lease agreement. For it, personal details in advance are required.
