Summer booked a shared room. The one with whom she was going to share it was not me, but instead another person currently living in the flat (tenant). Also, not myself but this same person was there for welcoming her at the time of her arrival, and all of this was timely communicated to Summer. Unfortunately, the tenant didn't take care of doing it properly - the room was quite dirty and messy, and also there were not enough clean towels/blankets. So, Summer cancelled her stay at my place and left. Again unfortunately, I was not notified of all of those happenings, neither by the tenant nor by Summer. Only when myself I asked the tenant to check if everything was going ok with my guests, I got to know that Summer was actually not going to stay at my place anymore. I therefore asked for the reasons of this, also contacting Summer for explanations, without getting any answer. All of what I'm able to write now in this text I've got to know from a message and a video included by Summer in a request of refund that I'm willing to accept, understanding the big inconveniences Summer had to experience due to my place not having being made suitable to host her - even if I also think that part of the responsibility of that lies on the tenant, the most of responsibility is mine for having erroneously trusted this person in taking my role of host.
