Nestled between Christchurch Cathedral and the Guinness Brewery with less than 5 minutes walk to Temple Bar and 10 minutes walk to the Phoenix Park, this city centre apartment is the ideal location for that perfect romantic getaway or a short-term stay.
The room overlooks the quaint Thomas Street Area and has all the local amenities on your doorstep, Lidl & Tesco within a 30 second walk with local bars and restaurants also.
The room is a double bed with ample storage space available, a floor to ceiling window with ample natural light which shines through the window from morning until the late afternoon (weather providing of course) With ample towels, a selection of tea and coffee and fresh water available in your room there should be little that you would require.
The Guests can enjoy a recently renovated shared bathroom with electric shower, as I am a busy man if there is a special night that you want to use the kitchen just ask me in advance as that should not be an issue. There is a washer tumble dryer in the kitchen also that can be used as well.
I will be available to discuss trips, excursions and some offer some delights that Dublin will have to offer, and I may even bring you out for a drink, work willing :)
Parking is available to the apartment but can be somewhat hidden from view but if you ask in advance I will be able to offer the proper information needed to find it. It is an old Georgian Building with only 3 apartments so when entering and exiting respect and courtesy is required when meeting other tenants.
Guests can come and go as they please. There is direct access through a main front door to the building, with 2 other apartments having access. The only requirement is that you are quiet when entering and exiting the building.
