RESDIENZA LAURA – just a few steps from the lake!.
Cosy apartment located in the town centre of Domaso and most importantly, just a few steps away from the beautiful Lake Como.
The apartment welcomes you into a spacious kitchen / dining room, the room has a beautiful fireplace and looking through the window you will see the little alleys and the houses of the town centre. Furnished with table and chairs and equipped with all you may need, the kitchen provides oven, stove, coffee machine, toaster etc.
The spacious bedrooms are furnished with big wardrobes where you can easily fit all the clothes that you put in your luggage, it will really feel like home!. The first bedroom is composed of a double bed and one night stand with bedside lamp: book lovers do not worry, your beloved books will always be within your grasp!. The second bedroom has two single beds, separated in the middle by a night stand with bedside lamp. The house has one bathroom with shower, the washing machine is located in this room.
Residenza Laura also provides a parking space for € 3 per day (just 300 mt. from the property) or a garage for € 5 per day.

-CHECK-IN / CHECK OUT:
Check-in from 3:00pm to 7:00pm / Check-out before 10:00 am. Check-in and check-out process is held in our office, as indicated in the check-in instruction we will send you. Check-in and check-out at different times must be notified in advance and are subject to authorization.
- PRICE INCLUDES:
* Bed linen and towels - one set per guest regardless of length of stay. Please note that we do not provide beach/pool towels.
* Electricity, cooking gas and water consumption;
- PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDES:
* Tourist tax. If requested by the competent authorities the relative payment is required in cash upon check-in;
* Heating consumption of € 50 per week, the relative payment is mandatory during winter time and required at check-in; USE OF HEATING (since – until during a year) is governed by regulations. It is usually allowed from 15/10 to 15/04;
* Extra set of linen: € 10,00 per guest;
* Cot: € 30,00 per week or less / € 45,00 for stay more than a week;
* Highchair: € 30,00 per week or less / € 45,00 for stay more than a week;
Please note we are not able to supply baby bed sheets.
All optional must be pre-booked and are subject to availability.
At the moment of check-in we will require your credit card number as guarantee in case of damages caused to the property during your stay, or in case of no-observance of the house rules.
*No smoking inside the property;
*Pets are not allowed;
*Guests must abide by the rules of good neighbourliness and not disturb the neighbours;

-After the booking confirmation trough Airbnb you will receive an E-mail from us which includes: * Our booking confirmation;
* Check-in instruction;
* Guest Information Form which we kindly ask you to complete and return to us as soon as possible, in order to proceed with your registration.
The personal data we will need from each guest are necessary to proceed with Guest Registration through the Competent Authorities, as required by the law.
