Built in 1919 and located on a 2 acre working coffee farm, the residence has recently been completely restored with original features such as wooden shoji doors, beautiful built-in cabinetry and woodwork, and multi-pane windows which capture the ocean and farm views. It has a spacious living room, separate dining/music room, bedroom with King size bed, full kitchen, and full bath with tub. Lots of vintage charm. Upstairs is the area's General Store, still in operation today.

Ricky the cat mostly hangs out in the store upstairs, but you may see him cruising around the farm.
