My place is 1 block to the beach and one of the older bldgs in Pompano. You will live my place cause of the location. It is not the Marriott, but a very laid back and relaxing atmosphere. Beachcomber with Tiki Bar and pool open to the public within walking distance, don't pay $200 a night for a Tiki Bar and Pool that is open to the public!!!! Book today for summer specials!!
Two Minutes to Beach, we can accommodate transportation to an from events if needed (for an additional fee), plenty of local restaurants and sights to see, the apartment is not state of the art, but it is a clean one bedroom apartment, with great neighbors, we do have cable and wi-fi, but I would expect that you would want to be outside at our cozy pool or possible dining at the Tiki Bar at the Beachcomber across the street. The apartment is equipped with a couple of portable Beach Chairs, Beach Towels and a cooler.
Please note that we provide almost everything you need, but we do not provide personal Hygiene products (Soap, Shampoo, Deodorant )
- Please report any problems or damages observed in the rental unit upon check in, you will be asked to sign an inventory list when you check in, please take the opportunity to note any problems at the time. Any damages that are not reported upon check in, shall be assumed to have occurred during occupancy and the main Guest/Lessee shall be held responsible. If the damage exceeds the Security Deposit, the Guest will be billed in accordance with Florida Law.
- There is a non-refundable Pet fee of $50.00 per stay, a separate Pet Agreement must be signed prior to arrival. Guests must abide by all local pet regulations and leash laws. Landlord reserves the right to hold guest accountable financially responsible for any pet related damages to include cleaning and/or Flee, Tick or pet related pest control that may be required after check out.
- Guests are responsible to place sealed bagged trash in the containers that are in the designated area on the property.
- The Rental property is to be left generally clean with all trash removed and bagged property, all Kitchen Appliances and Utensils are to be left clean. The $100 cleaning fee is so we may clean the Apartment to prepare for the next guest. Any unusual cleaning that has to be performed will be deducted from the security deposit.
- Smoking is permitted outside unit.
- For Guest enjoyment and the Peaceful enjoyment of others, please respect Quiet Time from 11pm to 8am.
- One designated parking spot.
- Wi-fi available, as well as Cable TV in Living Room and Bedroom.
- We will make every effort to address any problems that you may experience regarding Appliance failure, AC Issues, Plumbing Issues and resolve them as quickly as possible, you will be provided with a direct contact on the Property for these types of issues.
- Guests hereby agree to hold harmless Patrea LTD, dba Deauville Manor Apts for any damages or injuries to persons or property while occupying premises.
- The Guest whose name appears on the short term agreement is responsible for all terms and conditions and for their own guests and/or visitors.
VIOLATION: When Guest(s) violate terms of occupancy as set forth in the Short term agreement, Guest(s) may be asked to vacate the property and no refund will be due to guest.
- For your convenience we have provided (2) coolers, (2) beach chairs, (4) beach towels, toilet paper and paper towels.
- All other personal hygiene such as soap, shampoo, deodorant, etc... shall not be provided by landlord.

Local taxes deducted by Airbnb shall be paid upon arrival by guest payable to the landlord Deauville Manor
