I invite you to a centrally-located designer studio on the Royal Route that leads to the Old Town. The studio is perfect for 1-2 people. You can reach all points of interest in Warsaw by foot, but just outside the studio there is the "Nowy Świat/University" metro stop in case you need to travel further away. From the Chopin/Okęcie Airport you can get here directly by bus nr 175. There is also a secure car parking space at the building a rare find in the centre.
I can offer dropping by car from the airport and it includes waiting for the plane if it is late.
We offer you a luxury designer studio, located in the very center of Warsaw, on the famous Nowy Swiat Street, which is a part of the Royal Route leading to the Royal Castle and the Old Town. This amazing flat is in a fantastic location in the heart of city. You can easily walk to all of the city centre sights, tourist attractions, businesses, restaurants, shops, etc. Moreover, the metro stop “Nowy Świat/Uniwersytet Warszawski” (Nowy Świat Street/University of Warsaw) is situated right by the apartment building that houses the studio. Bus #175 delivers you to the studio directly from the airport and back. In a word: the location is awesome.
The studio is a treat for people interested in interior design or those who simply enjoy the aesthetics of a place that has had every square inch thought out and molded by a pro. Artists, musicians, writers, and other kindred spirits may find inspiration for work in these creative surroundings, and absolutely anyone will relax and reset in this harmonious space.
The flat is uniquely designed: you can move horizontally (as you usually move in any home, of course), vertically (there is a fun metal ladder for light exercising/stretching, or displaying items), and diagonally (the sleeping loft is located in the upper part of the flat, since the impressive height of the flat has allowed for building a bed platform that you access by climbing a few steps -- hence the diagonal movement). The multi-dimensional character of this place is bound to give you interesting impressions: from your comfortable platform bed up above you can see the rest of the flat below, and you can also see the intersection of two famous downtown streets: Nowy Świat and Świętokrzyska.
Apart from the raised double bed with a quality mattress, the studio has a couch, as well as two mattresses that can be placed on the floor for additional guests. A kitchenette contains a refrigerator, an induction oven, a microwave, dishes and utensils, etc. There is a moveable countertop that can cover up the sink. An interesting feature of the kitchen is a map of Warsaw etched in a pane of glass, with the location of the studio, as well as nearby points of interest, marked on that custom-made glass map. The dining/work table, similarly to the rest of the items in the flat, has been designed especially for this space: you can perfectly adjust the table’s height by moving the tabletop around. The table is placed by a large balcony window, which gives you a great sense of life passing by you in Warsaw's city centre. A light metal ladder is a whimsical accent, which allows you to do some exercising and/or stretching. The studio has great storage, with many semi-concealed drawers and cabinets, which can be opened by touch. A large mirror opposite the bed optically enlarges the space. The modern bathroom is comfortable and well-lit. A compact laundry area includes a washing machine and lines for hanging laundry, which can be hidden when not in use. The custom-designed lighting in the studio can be arranged in many different ways, thus allowing you to become an architect of light. The flat is fully equipped with modern appliances and features, including a TV set, to which you can connect your computer, and high-speed wifi access. The flat has also has its own parking spot adjacent to the apartment building.
As you leave the building in which the studio is located, you see a nice green courtyard that leads you to the Nowy Swiat Street. On the other side of the building there is the famous tourist attraction: the Winnie Pooh Street (ulica Kubusia Puchatka). This neighborhood, delineated by the streets of Nowy Świat, Kubusia Puchatka and Warecka, is one of the most charming spots in Warsaw. The city inhabitants and tourists from across the world meet here in the best coffee shops, bars, and restaurants, with dazzlingly varied menus. The University of Warsaw is a stone’s throw away. The Nowy Świat Street is a part of the Royal Route that comprises the streets of Nowy Świat and Krakowskie Przedmieście, and leads to the Royal Castle and the Old Town. In the old days Polish kings, members of their courts, and guests, used this route to get to the Royal Castle. Today it is one of Warsaw’s most beautiful places for walking, sightseeing, and holding meetings.
To sum up: you will be getting the whole studio to yourself: the main room with the sleeping loft accessible by a few steps, the kitchenette, and the bathroom. This is a uniquely designed space bound to please business and leisure travelers alike.
