Magia condominium is the perfect place for any kind of traveler. Just a few steps from the beach and the 5a Avenida, Magia features all amenities that you need for a relaxing vacation in Playa del Carmen. It's also close to the nightlife but due to the distribution and windows, you won't hear the loudness. Magia is the most wanted condominium in Playa del Carmen because of its location. It has two swimming pools and exterior beds to relax while having some drinks and getting suntanned.


Features an entire wall of windows which have amazing pool and garden views. You can also enjoy a small view of the Caribbean sea from the balcony. The apartment has 3 spacious bedrooms two of them with a very comfortable king bed and TV, and one of them with two individual beds. The master bedroom has marble bathroom with private shower and bathroom. The other bathroom is to be shared with the second and third room. The living room has two sofas and one sofa-bed, so it gives space for two additional guests. Other courtesies provided for the comfort and convenience of the guests include a dishwasher, plasma HD TVs (2) and an additional TV, all of them with sky and Netflix, wide granite island, stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer, fully-equipped kitchen, linens and iron. The exclusive terrace with covered seating and wet bar opens up to breathtaking city and a small Caribbean sea view. An additional lounge area is ideal for taking in the warm rays of the Mexican sun or having a cocktail while you relax.


On the common areas (more than an acre big), are 2 pools with a bar so that you can bring your own drinks. also has wifi, underground parking and a relaxing green space with tropical vegetation and chic sitting areas all over. The administration of the condo will bring you bottled water to your apartment every time you need, so don't be shy of asking!
You are in a perfect location in Playa del Carmen. The privileged emplacement of the condo gives you access to the 5a Avenida and the playa Mamitas, which is just few steps from Magia Condominios (less than 20 meters for both).

Our family of four just returned from our week in Playa del Carmen. We loved the Magia Playa and Marc's condo. We have teenagers and they were able to use the gym and the pool. It was also so nice for them to each have a bedroom. We also spent a lot of time in the early morning and the evening on the patio. We loved the hammock. Juan, the manager, was such an asset to our vacation. He had so much information to share with us. We loved his recommendations and greatly appreciated the arrangement of a driver to and from the airport...even after a canceled flight. This condo was just perfect for our family. We were able to walk so many places including the very popular 5th Avenue and many great restaurants. Thank you for a great stay.

Great place to stay that is gated, guarded, and secure. Also has guarded underground parking. The condo was nice and the grounds are beautiful with two nice pools, premium landscaping and a gym. Juan was always very responsive and helpful with our needs/questions. If you want to be in the heart of Playa Del Carmen while still staying in a quiet and relaxing atmosphere then this is the place for you. Walking distance to most things and close to Fifth avenue. The only small downside was the closest beach (50-100yds) is not usable. Boats are anchored just off shore and that area is full of seaweed. But, if you walk North past the pier there are good beaches and if you walk south 100-200yds, there are better beaches for swimming and sunbathing. Juan also gave us directions to a beautiful local beach a short drive away. Recommend renting a car at the Cancun airport. Easy to drive around, secure parking at the condo, unbelievably cheap rental prices(June 17'), and the ability to do daytrips on your own time from a central location. Drive to Tulum(or many other ruins), Cenotes, Akumal Beach for sea turtle snorkeling, adventure parks and many more. Also you can drive quickly from this location to the Mega or Walmart grocery store for supplies. We enjoyed our stay here.

Very clean and spacious. Great access to Playa Beach and Fifth Avenue.

Location was amazing, walking distance to all the stores and nightlife. Very secure condo. Had such a great time!

Stay in your ultimate dream beach home! Very central to lots of stores, restaurants, bars, and of course just a block away from the beach!!! I loved the decor inside! Very modern and chic, so up to date! Our hosts were on top of everything and wanted to make our stay the best as possible. They communicate very well and we're very helpful! Pros: • washer & dryer •Holds up to 8 guests •hammock •view of the beach •pool and cabanas •gym •It's beautiful!!! Cons: •Wifi wasn't 100% •Air conditioning was down for a few days Overall, I would definitely stay again! See it for yourself!!

Nice place, great location in the center of 5th ave district. Nice pools, great security, and just minutes from the ocean. Would stay again.

My family and I had a great time staying at the Magia Condo. The location and grounds are perfect. Just steps from the action, but far enough away to be quiet. Marc's description of unit 101-G is spot on. If you have traveled abroad and stayed in a condo / flat / apartment, you will feel this is quite the norm. Maybe even above average. If you are expecting the Four Seasons, you will be disappointed. The kitchen lacks a little in the way of accessories if you are going to make several big meals, but we only ate breakfast there so it was fine. Given the chance, I would stay there again because it is a good value for the location.

Born in Barcelona Spain, he moved to Ireland with 13 years old to learn English. After three years living in there (Dublin and Sligo), he went back to Barcelona to finish high school. After remodeling it and start renting it through Airbnb, he became well known in the Barcelona community and created a reputation in the vacation rentals community. In 2013, after the new major of Barcelona prohibited apartments for vacation rentals in Barcelona, he completely focused on his second strongest market, the Mayan Riviera. He started a consulting business for vacation rental companies, helping them optimize their customer service and increase reviews. Three years later, Marc decided to start by its own, managing his own apartments in order to have streamline communication between owners and guests. Marc manages his owners apartments like if they were their own, and you will see him running at 11pm trying to find a solution for any problem that guests have. Client satisfaction is the key aspect for any kind of business and that is something Marc has very much in mind. Marc strives to make vacations of his guests unique by recommending them places to visit and designing tailored experiences for their guests. Marc also has a transparent communication with owners, which makes him a very special vacation rental expert in Riviera Maya.
