This is my vacation home where I spend a lot of time from April to November. There is a piano that is pretty much in tune. I presently have one dog, Buck, an English Springer Spaniel, who always keeps and eye everything, and loves just about everyone. This is a great area for hunting in the fall. I stay here one or two days a week in the summer and fall. When I am here, Buck is here.
guests should bring towels, linens. Many bring their favorite sleeping bags and pillows.
Guests can have access to the kitchen/dining room, bathroom, master bedroom, backyard (fire pit), front yard (another fire pit), picnic table, propane grill. Back yard is fenced in so dogs are safe to run around.
There is well water that is ok for bathing and washing. I use bottled water to drink and cook. If your dog is small enough I have dog doors for easy exit and entrance. Buck weighs 51 pounds and has mastered the dog doors.
I may or may not be there during your stay. Sometimes I am at this location when guests are here. If you need assistance if I am not there, I have relatives who live around the corner and great neighbors whom I have known for 50 years.
There is a propane grill available if desired.
Pets must have 100% supervision at all times. I once had a repeat customer/guest leave her dog for about an hour or so, but that was long enough for the dog to get nervous and eat part of a wooden door. The guest paid for the door repair, and has been back since. Very nice people and dog.
