Welcome to our town home in Moab, Utah. The Crooked Goat! Enjoy luxurious accommodations for 8 with 3 bedrooms (master bedroom on the 1st floor) , and a loft, 2 1/2 bathrooms, along with a spacious 2-car garage. We furnished our home with all of the luxury amenities you will need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay, complete with pillow-top mattresses and hotel quality sheets and towels. Kitchen is fully stocked and washer and dryer are included. High speed wifi and cable also included.


Welcome to our vacation home, The Crooked Goat. Returning from your many adventures in Moab, relax, rejuvenate and experience Southwest charm and luxurious accommodations in our modern rustic Southwest townhome. You will find many amenities and conveniences that will get you ready for the next day’s adventure. Our home is five miles from town and is also close to world-renowned Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. Moab is famous for its Jeep trails, mountain biking, hiking and river adventures in the Colorado River and our home is conveniently situated close to many of these activities.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS: Sleep restfully and wake up refreshed and rejuvenated in our split two-story floor plan, with the master bedroom on the first floor and two bedrooms and a loft on the second floor. Our bedrooms are fully furnished with high-end hardwood beds, pillow-top mattresses and hotel quality sheets, pillows, blankets and comforters. Extra pillows and blankets are available in every closet. We also installed blackout blinds to ensure a restful sleep. For an added bonus, all bedrooms have ceiling fans. Our home comfortably sleeps eight people in the following:

•Master bedroom, located on the first floor, with king size bed and 49-inch Smart TV.
•Guest bedroom, located on the second floor, with queen size bed
•Second guest bedroom, located on the second floor, with queen size bed
•Loft, located on the second floor, with queen size sleeper sofa

The master bathroom has dual vanities, quartz countertop and walk-in shower. The guest bathroom has single vanity, quartz countertop and tub/shower combo. For added convenience, there is also a half bath on the first floor, right next to the laundry area. You will find plenty of hotel quality towels in each bathroom, including bath sheets. Pool towels are also available in our laundry area.

KITCHEN: Be inspired to create a gourmet feast or to simply cook quick and easy meals in our fully furnished kitchen. Our kitchen, with quartz countertops and large sink, is equipped with everything you will need including a mixer, blender, immersion blender, crock-pot, coffee maker and coffee grinder. If a coffee maker is not enough, we also provide an espresso machine. You will find plenty of dinnerware and glassware, including stemless wine glasses. We also have melamine plates, melamine bowls and tumblers for use in our patio dining area. We also have high quality pots and pans and bake ware. Also included are all of the utensils you will need, such as wine opener, bottle opener, whisks, spatulas, and measuring spoons and cups. Most important for the home chef, we included a set of sharp knives for your use.

DINING ROOM AND PATIO: Enjoy your meal at our dining room that seats six people, with four additional spaces in the breakfast bar. When the weather is perfect for outdoor dining, we have seating for six in our patio area, along with a propane BBQ. If you want to bring food during your Moab adventure, we provide a cooler in the garage and blue-ice in the freezer.

LIVING ROOM: Relax in our spacious, bright and comfortable living room in our high-end sofa and loveseat. A bench is also included for extra seating. A gas fireplace, warm throws, soft pillows and ceiling fan complete the cozy and elegant ensemble.

WIFI AND CABLE: For your viewing enjoyment, we have a 55-inch Smart TV in the living room and 49-inch Smart TVs in the master bedroom and loft, installed with cable TV. We also included a blu-ray player in the loft. To keep all of your computers and phones fully charged, all table lamps have built-in USB ports and outlets. You will be able to stay connected and browse through the Internet with our high speed WiFi.

GARAGE AND PARKING: The spacious and brightly lit garage has room for two vehicles and is equipped with bike racks, shopvac, a bench and large garbage can. Two more vehicles can park in the driveway and trailers and larger vehicles can park on Meador Street.

OTHER AMENITIES: Large capacity washer and dryer are located in the laundry room. A community area is located close by, which includes a pool, spa, tennis and basketball courts, picnic area and children’s playground. We provide you with all amenities and toiletries, such as soaps, dish and laundry detergents, paper towels and toilet paper, but not replenished during your stay. Stores are nearby if you need additional toiletries and amenities.

CHECK IN/OUT: Check in/out is easy. No need to worry about losing keys. We will provide you with codes for both the front door and garage.

NO SMOKING OR PETS: To accommodate everyone, including those that have allergies to smoke and animals, we apologize but we do not allow pets at our home and smoking/vaping is not allowed inside the home, patio, or garage.

If you need additional accommodations, we have two other properties in Moab. One is two doors down to this one (9A-5) and has the same floor plan and amenities. The other is a fully renovated one-story detached single family home, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Please inquire for availability.


You have access to our entire home, during your stay, except for two storage closets. The complex also has a community area, with a pool and spa, tennis and basketball court, picnic area and children's playground.

- 1.No renters below 25 years of age, unless accompanied by an adult. Proof of age may be required. 2.Maximum occupancy is 8. We want to be considerate for those who have allergies to smoke and want to stay at a smoke-free home. A fee of $500 will be charged for evidence of smoking/vaping within the premises. 4.No unlawful activities to be conducted within the premises. Such activities will cause immediate removal from premises. 5.No pets are allowed in the property. We want to be considerate for those who have allergies to animals that want to stay at our home. A fee of $500 will be assessed for evidence of pets within the premises, along with additional fees for all damages cause by pets. 6.Please use appliances for its intended use. All appliances will be in working order prior to your arrival. A fee will be assessed up to the cost of replacement for any appliances broken during your stay. 7.Kitchen utensils, flatware, dishes, cookware and bake ware are to be used as intended. Inventory of items is taken prior to your arrival. A fee will be assessed to replace broken or missing items during your stay. 8.Before departure, please place furniture and appliances that were moved to their original locations. 9.All lamps and lights will be in working condition upon your arrival. A $10 fee will be charged to replace each missing light bulbs during your stay. 10.Before departure, please take out garbage to the trash bins, located between 7 and 9 buildings. A $25 fee will be charged for each trash bag that have to be taken to the trash bins. 11.Before departure, please turn thermostat to 72 in the winter and 78 in the summer. 12.There are two parking spaces inside the garage. Additional parking are available on the streets. Please do not block driveways. 13.Home will be thoroughly cleaned prior to arrival and all amenities, such as soaps, detergents, shampoo, conditioner will be provided, but not replenished during your stay. No daily maid service will be provided. 14.Towels and pool towels will be provided. Pool towels can be taken to the pool and spa area. Please do not take bath towels out of the unit. A $50 fee will be charged for each missing sheets, blankets and/or towels. 15.At the end of your stay, please place the pool key on the hook of the pantry hallway wall. A $75 fee will be assessed for lost pool key. 16.Please place remotes on the coffee table at the end of your stay. A $75 fee will be assessed for broken or lost remotes. All remotes will have working batteries. A $10 fee will be assessed to replace each missing battery. 17.All of the units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. 18.Please obey all rules and regulations at our community clubhouse, pool and spa. NEVER leave children at the pool and spa unattended. 19.Full refund will be given if notice of cancellation is given 30 days prior to day of arrival. If cancellation notice is given within 30 days of arrival, Homeowner will attempt to rebook the property and if property is rebooked at same rate, full refund will be given. Otherwise, no refund. 20.Please be considerate of other guests in surrounding townhomes. No loud noise or large parties in the townhome or on the premises. 21.Please leave premises in the same condition as the day of arrival. 22.Check in is at 3:00 PM or later and check out is at 10:00 AM. 22. Please lock all doors and windows prior to your departure.







My family and I spent a week at Emy's Crooked Goat in Moab. The condo was oh-so-nice with every comfort of home, plus some. Comfortable beds, beautifully decorated, plush towels, espresso machine, gorgeous views for both sunrise and sunset. The condo's location to food, entertainment, hiking, parks, and conveniences made planning out our days a breeze. By arranging our check-in using a keypad code, Emy made it so that we could be flexible in our arrival time. We are already talking about how to arrange another stay in Moab, and, of course, we would love to stay at the Crooked Goat!

The condo was super clean and the host was awesome to help give advice on our trip. It couldn't have been better.

Emy's place was comfortable for 5 of us, with an absolutely beautiful view. Emy was easy to deal with and made our stay very pleasant.

Perfect for our family of 7. We loved it. Make sure you check the pool schedule, though. It wasn't open during our stay when we had thought it would be. But that led us to the Moab Aquatic Center, which my kids loved. So it all worked out. We would definitely recommend this place and would stay again.

Great place, great service from the host, best communication i have ever had from a host, pre and during my visit. Just a super nice person. The Condo has everything you could ever want, plenty of cooking utensils etc, way more than anyone would ever need. Best experience on AIRBNB for sure. Thank you Emy
