A gorgeous character three bedroom home, located in a quiet cul-de-sac in the picturesque town of Bridgetown. Set on an acre of gardens and fruit trees, it's only a 5 minute walk to the main shops, cafes and restaurants and offers comfort and character, with lovely lead light windows, cosy fireplaces and many other features. Accommodating seven, there are two main bedrooms with queen sized beds and a third bedroom accommodating three in a double bunk bed (plus a single portable bed, if needed).
There is a large parking area - enough for several cars - at the end of the entrance driveway, which comes off diagonally from Brockman Street. The house itself is large, with plenty of room to move in the lounge-dining area, which is connected to a large kitchen plus secondary less formal dining area; the three bedrooms are also large and comfortable.
The entire house and gardens are available for guests. There are three entrances to the house: the French doors off the covered veranda are closest to the car parking area and easiest to gain entrance and for carrying guests luggage in and out of the house. Keys to all doors can be accessed in a lock box, located just to the right of the French doors.
There is a small, old orchard area, located through gates which come off the parking area: guests are welcome to explore this area too.
Guests can ring, email or text message me any time they need assistance or have questions they'd like answered.
Keys can be accessed from a lock box, located just to the right of the French doors. The code to access the lock box will be provided before guests arrive at the house.
- Really not a house for holding parties.
Mature, thoughtful, practical and thorough. I enjoy movies, reading and woodworking - I like making things, when I can find the time. Since moving to Western Australia about 25 years ago, I have fallen in love with the South Western part of the state, particularly areas around Bridgetown, Manjimup, Nannup and Pemberton.
