Our place is close to Sabino Canyon (hiking). Rillito River (river walk, biking). Downtown about 20 minutes away. Restaurant row, Whole Foods Grocers, Walgreens. You’ll love my place because of the views, close proximity to necessities.. Great place for couples. During the warmer months, there is a pool onsite with limited hours of use, will provide swim times at time of booking.
Favorite amenity about this place is the front and back porches. So nice for just sippin' coffee or tea and checking out the mountains, sunrise/sunsets, lights at night..........
We do have a pool that will be available with designated times of use during the warmer months.
Private flagston-ed walkway to the south of main house, thru gate. Access to pool during warm months, swim times will be given at time of reservation.:)
Let me know if I can gather any information for you to enhance your Tucson stay. There will be bike trails & walking trails map. Also menus from nearby restaurants in room.
Although there is a "kitchenette", there is no full sized oven. There is a microwave, and toaster oven as well as a hot plate.
There is a small 1/2 acre naturewalk behind main house/apartment. We have seen lots of wild life back there.
We offer an optional "continental breakfast" consisting of seasonal fruit, muffin or danish, and milk or juice for an additional $10.00 per person per day. Please let me know if you would like this service any or all the days of your stay when you make reservations.
- No children under 10, only 10+ years. Spiral staircase is only access, so not recommended for anyone having trouble climbing stairs or large luggage.
My husband and I are both Arizona natives. I was born in Phoenix and he- right here in Tucson! We have traveled a bit, but obviously love it here and call Tucson our permanent home. Besides owning a local door company, my husband is a self-proclaimed metal artist (you can see a lot of his work on the property.) I dabble in stained glass , and we have fun together creating unique art pieces, utilizing scrap metal and other odds and ends. I love line dancing and am an instructor at a local western bar.
