Gentle walking grass trails, lite gym in office (treadmill and stationary bike; with the ice machine) access to this building is within our paper house manual (in a separate building).
The farm staff arrives between 6-7AM. However the base construct of the building means that one may not even hear them at all.
This building is great to stay at and visit your Cleveland+ friends. Feel free to invite your friends over for some after entertainment partying.
For your protection and security, the individual who is paying, must sign an informal liability release, to acknowledge the existence of Ohio's Inherent Risks of Equine Activities laws. Which protect the right of the Farm to tell anyone who is found to be disturbing the horses or riders to leave at any time.
Anyone intending to train with one of our USEF registered trainers, is recognized as the owner of their own horse, or a student leasing a lesson horse. If intending to being your own horse, coggins, proof of vaccines, and health certificate are required upon arrival; in the form of copies that the Farm can keep.
There are security cameras and laser pointer system in the equine facility itself; no non-owner or non-staff members are allowed into any stall: the building closes at 9PM and opens to the public at 7:30AM. However, guests are allowed to tour the facility, and watch from the lounge/stadium seating/judge's tower. Under Ohio Law, Equine Inherent Risks, means that if one does not get out of the way of staff or owner, nobody but the individual is liable.
Please do not touch the taxidermy, if interested, some of the pieces may be for sale, please ask.
