You'll be charmed by our crown moldings lined ceilings and original mahogany doors that open to our full sized dining room, living room, and full bathroom with separate bath and shower with original deco tile. The sounds of our garden fountains will lull you to sleep at night.
There is an intimate and boutique feel in our halls where residents greet each other by name. Designed by famed architect Leland Bryant in the 1920's, our restored six story landmark houses only 19 apartments - three flats per floor - that artisans, designers, professions and hollywoods finest have called home for nearly a century.
You will see the sun rise over a partial City view through a bank of bay, living room windows that stretch nearly from floor to ceiling.
Original plaster crown moldings line our ceilings, picture window panel molding our walls and original restored monogamy doors open to our full sized dining room, enormous living room, and full bath with separate bath and shower.
These preserved original features are complimented by our designer details: hardwood floors throughout, new bath and kitchen finishes, new stainless steel appliances and the luxury of in unit all-in-one laundry.
The unit is 1,200 square feet and the building is charming.
