Only the person making the booking is able to collect the keys, photo ID is required. On arrival you will be requested to sign a credit card authority incase of damages, and a copy of your photo ID and credit card will be taken on check in and held during your stay.
Stains on the linen, missing linen and damaged linen will incur a fee. Replacement linen is at the tenants cost.
Please note there is no where onsite to store luggage before and after the booking
