You will be completely charmed by this classic old Tahoe cabin. From the moment you walk into this home, it will take you back to a simpler time. A time where great times with family and friends were paramount. Just imagine, sitting on the large deck, watching the grand kids on the big lawn or enjoying the flagstone patio under the tall pines.
Once inside, this home classic style is Old Tahoe at it's best, with high cross beam ceilings, hand stained knotty pine and a wonderful wood stove to keep you toasty. The upscale lodge style furnishings compliment the home's rustic appeal. The dining area features a farm style table with big windows to enjoy to forest views. The kitchen is fully equipment with a gas range, dishwasher and a has an opening to see all the happenings in the great room. Also on the main level is the master bedroom with a king bed and attached bath.
Upstairs there are two additional bedrooms, each with it's own bath. One bedroom has two twins and the final bedroom has a double and a nice desk work space. Connecting the two bedroom is a loft overlooking the great room with two twins. The railing is pretty open, so would not be suitable for small children.

Any interest in a rental for 28 days or more requires direct contact with the office - no monthly online bookings will be accepted. The home west shore location is just 2 minutes from Sunnyside, 5 minutes from Homewood Ski Area and a short distance to bike trails and the beach at Hurricane Bay. There is exceptional access to the backcountry trails and boardwalks at Ward Creek Park, just two blocks away.

Holiday rentals: We are currently accepting rentals for a 5 night min stay between Dec 15-27 and a 7 night min stay from, Dec 27 to Jan 2. We do not accept arrivals on Christmas Day.

Please report any problems with your unit as soon as possible. We cannot help you or verify pre-existing damage if you wait until checking out.

Arrival and Departure: Check-in time is 3:00 pm. Check-out time is 10:00 am.
Office Hours: 9:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday, 9:00am-4:00pm Saturday-Sunday.
Emergencies: For after- hour emergencies, call our office direct and follow the recorded instructions for rental emergencies. Please do not call if it is not an emergency, or if it is something that cannot be remedied until regular business hours. If it is a simple repair call, a voice message will be sufficient. *We DO NOT respond to non-emergency after-hour calls and a non-emergency call will result in a $50 fee to be taken from your deposit.
Security Deposit: A $500 deposit has been held on your credit card through AirBnB. After your visit, our housekeeping service will check each unit. Assuming there is no excessive cleaning, damage, or loss resulting from your use, your deposit will be returned to you. Exceeding the maximum occupancy, pets (unless previously authorized), or smoking will result in deposit forfeiture and you will be asked to vacate the home immediately and not be issued a refund.
Cancellation Policy: Please refer to AirBnB cancellation policy
Holding Over: Occupant agrees there shall be no holding over or late departure without prior approval. Check out time is 10:00am. Any unauthorized holding over by occupant shall be subject to a charge 1 and ½ time the daily prorated rent, plus any additional damages incurred including, but not limited to, the cost of alternate housing for guests displaced by occupant's holding over. Late check-outs will be charged 50% of the hold over rate.
Unavailability: If for any reason beyond the control of the Owner or Owner's Representative, the premise is unavailable, Owner or Owner's Representative may substitute a comparable unit or cancel this Agreement and refund in full to occupant all payments made.
Rules, Regulations, No Commercial Use: Occupant agrees to comply with any and all rules and regulations that are at any time posted on the premise for any or delivered to occupant. Occupant shall not (i) disturb, annoy, endanger, or interfere with other occupants of the building in which premise located or its neighbors; (ii) use the premise for any commercial or unlawful purposes including, but limited to, using, manufacturing, selling, storing, or transporting illicit drugs or other contraband; (iii) violate any law or ordinance; or (iv) commit properties will result in eviction and forfeiture of any and all Rental Fees and Deposits. Absolutely NO Weddings or large planned events, if such event takes place it will result in eviction and forfeiture of any and all Rental Fees and Deposits.
Kitchen: All kitchens are completely equipped with basic cooking and eating utensils for the amount of guests the home sleeps. Please do not adjust the refrigerator setting- leave on normal- this will cause the unit to turn off.
Fireplace & Woodstoves: Open the damper before starting any fire. Utilize fireplace/woodstove screens and doors to insure that red-hot embers do not fall or pop out. DO NOT leave fire unattended at any time. DO NOT clean fireplace or woodstove. FIREWOOD IS NOT GUARANTEED IN ANY OF OUR UNITS. Owners are not required to supply firewood. Firewood can be purchased at local markets or call our office for information on delivery.
Phone: Some homes do NOT have land lines. Homes with phones---Local calls can be made at no charge. Calling card is required to make any long distance calls.
Entry: (A) The Owner and Owner's Representative and agents have the right to enter the premise, upon reasonable notice, to verify Occupant has complied with the terms of this Agreement, or in case of emergency.
Joint and Individual Obligations: If there is more than one occupant, each one shall be individually and completely responsible for the performance of all obligations under this Agreement, jointly and individually with every other occupant. Occupant(s) are renting the premise from Owner who retains full legal, possessory and access rights.
Furnishings: Every unit is comfortable and tastefully furnished, ready for your carefree stay at Lake Tahoe. All units have color TV, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave unless otherwise noted. Some have VCR, DVD, and stereo. If you move any furnishings or unplug any VCR, DVD, or TV hook ups, please replace the way you found it.
No Pets/ No Smoking: All of our units are non-smoking. If you bring a pet make sure unit is pet friendly. If the home is pet friendly, this means one dog, not multiple pets unless pre-approved in writing. Violation of these conditions will result in forfeiture of your deposit. Pet Fees apply
Pool, Beach, Tennis: Units with pool, beach, and tennis open for the 4th of July weekend, some earlier, but there are no guarantees. Most pools close right after Labor Day. Please be advised that there is a $100 replacement fee for any lost or misplaced keys or passes.
Parking: When snow removal conditions exist, parking is NOT permitted on public streets. This could result in tow-a-ways and/or fines.
Keys: All keys must be returned to our office. A drop is available for early checkouts. The fee for lost keys is $25.00 per key, $50.00 per garage opener.
Be sure you do not leave personal property in any unit
Retrieval of such items will result in a $25.00 handling fee, as well as shipping costs.
Trash: We would appreciate it if you would bag & dispose of your trash in an appropriate receptacle. Do not leave your trash outside, except in a bear proof container.
Housekeeping/ Maintenance: Any missing items or extra cleaning, plumbing issues, or damage caused by carelessness will be charged against your deposit.
Road Construction: During the summer months construction is common around the Tahoe Basin. It is possible that there will be construction noise around the location of your home. If this is a concern to you please visit (URL HIDDEN) for more information about the locations.
Tenants: Agree to hold owners and agents free and clear of any liability for damage to self or property resulting from accident or injury, or loss of enjoyment due to power outages, water turn off, rain or snow storms, road closure, sun, flood, negligence, defective construction, fire, theft, inoperable appliances, equipment, hot tub/spas, and cannot guarantee the Internet, etc. Wells and Bennett Realtors will take all the possible steps to see that all house equipment is in working order.
Person contracting this Agreement is responsible for ALL guest actions in/on property. Homeowner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while guests are on the Premises or in the available facilities. Home owner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables belonging to guests. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the Premises or others whom they invite to use the Premises.
No illegal activity shall take place on or around the Premises. Amongst others, this includes underage drinking, vandalism, using banned substances etc. If illegal activity is discovered you may be immediately asked to vacate the property and no refund shall be given.

Pet(s) are not allowed on furniture or beds at any time. Any evidence of pet(s) on furniture may incur extra cleaning fees
Pet(s) must not cause damage to the premises, carpets or furnishings. If damages are caused, cost to replace and or repair will be incurred by Guest(s)
Guest(s) should prevent pet(s) from producing extra noise at a level that disturbs neighbors
Pet(s) will not be left unattended for any undue length of time, either indoors or out. Pet(s) will not be left unattended on balcony, garage, patio or porch. This is for the protection of your pet(s), as there is an abundant wildlife in the area
Homeowner(s) and its representative(s) assume no responsibility for illness or injury to pet(s) or humans while on the premises
$100 pet fee, plus 10% tax - Total $110 to be collected directly and separately by management company. This fee is not in your Airbnb total. This fee will be collected with the phone call to you to confirm your reservation.
