My place is close to Elgin city centre and all services including Dr Grays Hospital; rail and bus connections to Inverness and Aberdeen airports.
Stunning coast line, huge sandy beaches, coastal footpath and famous dolphins.
Spectacular Findhorn Bay and the Findhorn Community.
The Speyside Whisky trail and distilleries.
Beautiful rivers Findhorn and Spey.
Cairngorm Mountains are within easy reach.
Morayshire has a particular mild micro climate and long sunshine hours for its latitude.

28 Hill Street is a ground floor apartment with its own private front/entrance. It has been sensitively furnished to provide comfortable living space and a separate double bedroom. The sofa is easily converted into a single bed for an overnight guest.

The shower room/toilet houses a washing machine.

The kitchen is well equipped with a gas 4 ring hob, a microwave/convector oven and fridge.
The double bedroom window looks out over the apartment's small private garden.

Tim's place was great. Very close to the center of Elgin and a great base for exploring Moray by car. The amenities were exactly as described and the apartment was very comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again.

Very nice apartment in a quiet little town in Speyside. Several of the whisky distilleries are easily accessible by bus from Elgin. I would definitely recommend this place to couples, but it is a little cramped for friends looking for separate sleeping quarters.

Malcolm and Jo are great hosts! Great place to stay in Elgin. It's in walkable distance to the city centre, and a good access point to transportation and roads in case you are traveling around Speyside or Moray. The small hill outside offers great views of the town and surrounding area.

Das Apartment ist ruhig, aber zentral. Schön ist die Lage an dem kleinen Park gegenüber und am Fluss Lossie, so ist man schnell im grünen. Insgesamt ist die Gegend etwas heruntergekommen, Müll liegt vor der Tür. Tim und sein Freund sind sehr entgegenkommend, sind sofort gekommen bei Fragen. Für 2 Personen gut geeignet.
