This quiet, clean 1 bedroom apartment is in Corona Heights between the Castro and the Haight, centrally located within some of San Francisco's most charming and fun neighborhoods, and is also close to Golden Gate Park.
This spacious top floor apartment is in a 3 unit building, offering vistas both spectacular and charming, from sweeping views of the east bay to the neon marquee of the historic Castro Theater just a few blocks away. Corona Hts is a small quiet neighborhood tucked in between some of SF's most desirable and vibrant districts: just a 10 min. stroll brings you to the heart of Cole Valley, Haight Ashbury, or The Castro. Golden Gate Park is about a 15 min walk. Street parking is relatively easy, or just get around on foot or use easily accessible public transit to explore San Francisco's outstanding variety of world class eateries, clubs, quirky shops, and art offerings. Come home to relax on your private deck with a glass of local Pinot as the city lights come up! Corner grocer is steps away, or pick something up at nearby Whole Foods to cook in the well-equipped kitchen. Queen bed has firm high quality mattress with Egyptian cotton sheets and duvet, extra blankets, reading lamps and fluffy pillows. Clean and remodeled throughout.
I will leave keys for you in a lockbox and be available by text phone or email.
We love the location but please note that the apartment is on a rather steep hill, which may make it challenging for people with mobility issues. Also, there is no garage parking, however you can usually find a spot on our street within a block or two. Nearby streets have 2 hr parking restrictions during weekdays, so please check the signs to avoid getting a ticket.
- Please be considerate of downstairs neighbors and remove shoes when inside to minimize noise - thank you!
My husband Emilio and I run a small family winery specializing in naturally farmed traditionally made Nebbiolo and Pinot. Besides making and drinking wine, we also love hiking, biking, sailing, cooking, and exploring all of the fun things San Francisco has to offer.
