My place is located in a lovely rural setting five minutes from the Alstonville village centre. There is plenty of room to put your feet up with a cuppa on one of the three decks to take in the views of the Ballina Shire hinterland all the way to Lennox Head. A convenient, comfortable and affordable base point to explore the beaches, bushwalks and beauties of the Ballina and Byron Shires.
For guests, a large bedroom is available with one queen sized bed and a toddler cot bed. The room is equipped with your own TV, wardrobe, fan, sitting area and tea and coffee making facilities. Bedroom 2 has a sofa bed for your convenience for that extra guest at additional cost.
For your convenience, you will have the use of your own bathroom adjacent to your room. In addition you are also welcome to make use of the laundry, lounge room, kitchen, BBQ, decks and yard areas.
A cot is available for infants/toddlers and children/additional guests will find the sofa bed more than adequate.
Guests will be able to access all areas of the house and outside yard. I encourage my guests to treat the house as their own. I will try and be as helpful as I can to make your stay as pleasant and memorable as it can be in the hope you'll want to return.
I am usually home if not working and I am happy to provide tips and help when and if needed. Upon arrival, guests will receive an information pack about the house and Alstonville to help them plan out their stay.
I live alone with my dog Sooty, a 16 year old Border Collie who is quiet and friendly who usually likes nothing more than to find a comfy spot to while away the afternoon.
