Welcome! We have beautiful views of vineyards and next door is a lovely organic garden. We are 5 miles from Templeton & Paso Robles on 5 beautiful acres in the country. We have a small iris farm where we grow & sell tall bearded iris. Spring bloom is a wonderful sight to behold. We are also a bird paradise with tons of hummingbirds, 2 kinds of orioles, a screech owl and numerous other birds. If you are into cycling then you have come to the right place.
Welcome to our home. This is a nice large room located in our house with a queen size bed, walk in closet with mini frig & beverage station. Décor is 1940's mostly. The bathroom is a nice size located just outside the bedroom. We also have a second bedroom with 2 double sized bed that sleeps 4 if you need the extra space, ask for pricing on the two rooms if you need it. We have an old dog and 2 cats that can be indoors sometimes, or out if you are allergic. We also have about 12 chickens, a four turkeys. They can be noisy at times but that is part of the country charm. Being in the country there will be dirt and dust. We are pet friendly and have a fenced 3 acres, our own dog park or pasture if you are looking for a place to run your dog off leash! Please supervise your pets and children. If you love cycling there are miles of beautiful roads to enjoy and my husband has probably been on most of them. He would be glad to help you map out your ride. We have wifi but it is slow, checking email and such is probably fine, streaming a movie might not work.
There is a front porch and back patio you are welcome to use. Also feel free to use the kitchen and dinning room, but no cooking please.
No access to the office please.
We would love to visit with you but will give you your privacy. We would be happy to direct you to any of the local attractions or you're welcome to just relax here.
We are in the heart of the Paso Robles Wine country. There is a funky hot spring near by to enjoy. We have free music in the parks all summer. There is the Mid State Fair in the summer, Vine Street Walk in December along with several Christmas Parades. There is the ocean, sand dunes, elephant seals and Hearst castle on the coast. How about a drive-in movie in San Luis Obispo! Lots of Farmers Markets, and many other fun things to do!
