My place is in a charming village along the river Vecht with its beautiful estates. It's excellent for biking and boat tours. Because of its central location in the Netherlands (good public transport and nearby mayor highways) you can easily visit other interesting places. The appartment is in the center of the village on a square with bars, restaurants, library, a supermarket and free public parking. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
The appartment itself is not that big but it's cozy, comfortable and you will have a private terrace with excellent views over Maarssen.
During your stay you will have access to all rooms, use our apliances and utensils. In consultation we can provide you access to a storage room for bicicles.
Depending on time of arrival, I could be available to recieve you and provide you with all information needed. During your stay I will be reachable by phone.
Our appartment is within a building were common spaces like elevator, staircase and passages are used by other residents as well. It's not allowed to make noise or run in those areas.
Please also respect the neighbours when out on our terrace (no shouting).
Further, because of the wooden floor in our appartment; please take off your shoes so you don't upset the downstairs neighbours.
- No shoes in the house.
- Deemed not to remain in common areas as lobby and elevator which are shared with other residents.
- No nuisance for other residents and respecting the (night/sunday) rest hours.
- Please leave the house clean and tidy as you found it!
