In terms of your complaints, I would like to mention that the apartment was ready and in perfect condition when you arrived, with all the supplies we offer in our Airbnb profile and we supply all our guests, as we have done with you and your group. Bath towels, hand towels, toilet paper, toilet soap, shower gel, shampoo and detergent for the kitchen and dishwasher. We did not offer beach towels. You can not find this on our profile.
When you arrived at the apartment and I showed it to you, I informed you that the washing machine was damaged by the last guest and that we had already called the technician and that he would repair it, as he did the next day, even though you told me that there was no problem, that for only 4 nights would be safe you would not need to use it.
I have always been at your disposal, but I can not answer your calls around 4 in the morning, but if at a normal time as well I have done with you and when solved the problem of the washing machine.
You say you have had to buy towels, beach towels, and linen and you left them in the apartment to enjoy of other guests. I inform you that we have not asked you to do that and we have not found anything you say you have left as a gift. If we had found it, we would have returned it to you or left it at the building security office. Your reservation was for 4 nights for 4 guests and we delivered four beds with impeccable sheets. It is not believable that by this time you have had to buy new sheets because they could not wash them, even though you have repaired the washing machine the day after your arrival.
And in case you have not noticed, our apartment is not in Miami Beach, it's in Downtown Miami.
Finally, I would like to mention that you left the apartment in really bad condition and extremely dirty.
