Your urban retreat is situated on a one lane neighborhood street. All the windows are double hung, so the home is extremely quiet. It is hard to believe that a home so close to downtown can be so peaceful.
The patio is great for outdoor enjoyment. The mature trees give shade to keep it cool during the summer. There is a large state of the art gas grill as well as a water fountain that softly burbles by the outdoor seating. The wireless signal is strong throughout the grounds, with excellent reception in the garden.

Denver is our favorite city. The Rockies, the people, the climate, and our many friends all combine to make the Mile High City a special place for us. We bought this home because it is a beautiful, welcoming, and private oasis, yet so close to downtown Denver. We love that we can walk to nearly any place we might want to go.
The location is peaceful and secure. A pretty, classic, and private home that is the perfect combination of being just far away enough from the hustle and bustle to have a quiet neighborhood feel, yet close enough to be in a fun vibrant area.
The private garden is a little sanctuary in the city, secure, relaxing, and pleasant.
