The home has a great flow, from the classic front entrance to the private and roomy backyard. The home is spotlessly clean, well appointed and carefully maintained with beautiful hardwood floors and windows that sparkle. The garden is well manicured.

There is a 2 car garage just off the garden.
The remote garage door opener means parking is always a breeze, with no need to search for street parking.

In addition, there are flat-screen TVs, cable and DVD Blu-ray, and there is high-speed secure wireless internet access throughout the house.

Your urban retreat is situated on a one lane neighborhood street. All the windows are double hung, so the home is extremely quiet. It is hard to believe that a home so close to downtown can be so peaceful.

The patio is great for outdoor enjoyment. The mature trees give shade to keep it cool during the summer. There is a large state of the art gas grill as well as a water fountain that softly burbles by the outdoor seating. The wireless signal is strong throughout the grounds, with excellent reception in the garden.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has an informal dining area. There is also a formal dining room adjacent to the kitchen where you can enjoy a meal with up to 8 friends and family members.

Very nice neighborhood. Perhaps most importantly for us (two small kids) was: walking distance from Cheeseman Park, walking distance to Whole Foods, walking distance to a great breakfast/lunch restaurant "Jelly". This was our first time using airbnb.com so I don't have anything to compare to, but Andrew and Siobhan were responsive to the questions we asked. It was a good experience. The house was great. It was clean, large bedrooms and bathrooms (2.5 bathrooms), and the outdoor space is great. Having a private garage with wireless opener was very convenient too. All in all, no complaints.

The host gave us all of the information my group needed to feel right at home. The location of this listing is perfect for attending concerts at the Ogden Theatre, only about a 5 minute walk. There was a garage with space for one car. Our Ford Expedition did not fit in the garage, it was just too big, but there was street parking available very close by. I would recommend others to book this listing. The host was available at any time to discuss any issues, although we did not have any. If you do not wish to interact with the host during your stay, they also give you your privacy.

We felt very welcome and all of the instructions were clear. Andrew was very responsive to our needs and concerns. We had enough room, and it was great to have our own bathroom! The kitchen was very well supplied, and we enjoyed the private back patio. The heat worked great and we needed it! Washer and dryer were new and efficient. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay in Denver.

This was a great place to stay. Upstairs bedrooms were very spacious. Grilled out one night, which was nice. Liked having a garage for parking. The internet was fast and reliable. Everything was clean, comfortable, and in great condition. I'd definitely stay here again.

This is the second time we have stayed in one of Andrew and Siobhan's houses in Denver. The neighborhood is excellent and the 100 year old house has been beautifully restored. Andrew and Siobhan are very accommodating, allowing us to check in early. The kitchen is very well stocked for cooking. The garage fit our large SUV very nicely. I would definitely recommend this house for its location and charm.

Andrew and Siobhan were great! Even though we didn't get a chance to meet them in person, they were timely with sending booking information via email and responsive to our calls when we accidentally deleted said email. The neighborhood was nice, quiet, and close to everything we needed (i.e. food, transit options, parking). We typically called a Lyft or Uber to get around and a ride to Downtown was only $8 bucks! The home was great for the 6 of us. We didn't feel like we were on top of each other the entire time. Master bath commode was a little tight for our larger friends. There was a great backyard space complete with garage and a nice Weber grill. Plenty of keys and an outdoor keylock were available so we didn't have to track people down with the keys. It was my first time to Denver and staying at this place made it memorable! I didn't like, however, that the washer/dryer was at the top of the stairs of the basement bedroom (late sleepers should sleep upstairs if laundry is being done in the morning). Oh yea, the Wi-Fi was GOOD and FAST. Will most certainly stay again.

Denver is our favorite city. The Rockies, the people, the climate, and our many friends all combine to make the Mile High City a special place for us. We bought this home because it is a beautiful, welcoming, and private oasis, yet so close to downtown Denver. We love that we can walk to nearly any place we might want to go.

The location is peaceful and secure. A pretty, classic, and private home that is the perfect combination of being just far away enough from the hustle and bustle to have a quiet neighborhood feel, yet close enough to be in a fun vibrant area.

The private garden is a little sanctuary in the city, secure, relaxing, and pleasant.

And having a garage is very convenient, it makes parking a breeze.
