The residence is located in a quiet street, with direct access to the ski slopes, yet it's very close to the center of Chamonix.

The building is a traditional Savoyard style large chalet, with spectacular views of the Aiguille du Midi, and Mont Blanc range.
The apartment is located on the 4th floor, served by elevator all the way down to the underground garage.
The layout is a generous 45 sq meters, with a 12 sq meters balcony, tastefully decorated with traditional wooden furniture.
• in the bright living room, which is about 20 sq meters, you have:
- a dining table seating up to 5 people,
- a comfortable couch that doubles-up as a bed at night,
- a flat screen TV with channels in multiple languages,
- wooden floor,
- and full-length windows with access to the balcony, where you will find a table and four chairs so you can even have breakfast outside looking at the gorgeous mountains.
• the separate kitchenette is fully fitted with wooden cabinets and:
- four burners electric hot plates, and a new multifunction oven (microwave, grill, ventilated),
- a recently installed compact dishwasher,
- a small but roomy refrigerator,
- coffeemaker, pots, pans, plates, glasses, cutlery, and anything you might need to cook,
- terra-cotta tiles floor.
• the bedroom, which is about 16 sq meters, features:
- a large double bed (180 x 200 cm),
- a spacious wooden wardrobe,
- a solid desk, with a brand new HD flat screen tv, with multilingual channels,
- wooden floor,
- and full-length sliding windows with access to the balcony... at any time of the day you can enjoy the view of the mountains from the bed!
• in the bathroom you will find a large bathtub, to relax at the end of your ski day,
- terra-cotta tiles, and wooden furniture,
- heated towel rack,
- a wall mounted hairdryer,
For privacy, and convenience, there is a separate WC room (quite typical in France).
• RENTALS IN APRIL AND MAY 2017
The apartment is available in April & May, ideally on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday, however we are flexible.
Please contact us if you prefer to arrive on a different day; the minimum rental is always 3 nights.
The apartment is entirely available to the guests, as well as one car park located in the underground covered garage.
Guests also have FREE ACCESS to the following facilities located in the basement:
• ski room, with a private locker
• games room
• gym and equipments
• laundry room (tokens must be purchased at the reception desk)
Through the reception located on the ground floor the guests can book, AT EXTRA CHARGE, beauty treatments and massages at the spa conveniently located in the building.
We will personally welcome our guests to the apartment, to introduce all the facilities, and explain about the neighborhood and the many activities available in Chamonix area.
Also, our guests will always be able to contact us over the phone during the duration of their stay, in case they should have any questions.
During the winter season the apartment will be, normally, available on a weekly basis only from Saturday to Saturday.

The apartment is ideal for 3 people, visitors are allowed, but it is not permitted to have additional guests to stay overnight.
Ski boots, or other heavy sport shoes should NEVER be worn INSIDE the apartment.
Please be respectful of other guests in the building, and limit noises after 11 pm.
