I stayed at Larissa's with 2 friends while we were in town for a concert. Larissa was very nice in person and mostly very responsive over email and text (although it was very unclear what the check-out process was).
However, It was one of the pricier AirBnBs, and I don't think we got what we paid for. Although the apartment itself is lovely, the 2nd bed we used only had one sheet and a thin fleece blanket that was covered in dog hair. The towel that was laid out for us smelled really musty and used, and the bathroom was dirty (not filthy, but not super clean either). We could use her fridge, but we didn't have access to any coffee or anything like that, at least not that I know of.
It also wasn't super clear from the listing that the host lived in the same apartment as where we were staying and had a very early to bed (9 pm) and early to rise (4 am) schedule. We had wanted to hang out in the space, but were worried about making too much noise. In this way, the listing really wasn't a good fit for us but we didn't realize until it was too late - she let us know this bit after she had already booked.
All this to say, we didn't have a terrible time, but this might not be a good fit for everyone. Also, the higher price only reflects the nice location (near the lake) and general space (a lovely apartment), not the specific amenities like your room/bathroom. I've paid less than this for more private space, but it depends on what you're looking for.
