Beautiful remodeled three bedroom townhome in the sunny Sandstone neighborhood of Vail. Heated garage to pull into and parking for your friends. Natural rock and walnut floors lead up to the open living room with fabulous views of the town, ski area, and Gore Range peaks. Relax by the stocked wood burning fireplace while watching movies on a large full motion flat screen with 5.1 theater sound. Kitchen is clean and efficient with gas cook-tops, granite surfaces and all the cookware needed for a feast. A large dining room table open to the kitchen and living room allows plenty of space for the whole crew to enjoy the feast. Soak in the private hot tub on the back deck to recover.
The master suite holds mountain and sunrise views right from bed with the blinds open. A loft equipped with futon and small home-office setup occupies some of the high vaulted ceiling space offering a little extra flexible space. The luxurious master bath is spacious and well appointed with heated travertine floors, dual glass sinks, counter space and seating, and a large custom travertine and glass shower enclosure with two adjustable showers. Guest bedrooms are comfortable and tastefully finished, enjoying natural sunset lighting. One with a queen bed and one with two twin beds. Both bedrooms have their own full bath with separate entry.
Convenience and sunlight in Vail describe the location of the property. With a car, all dining, shopping, skiing, and amenities of Vail are within 5 minutes. Without a car, it is all available without the worries of parking. Private shuttles provide service to the doorstep from Denver and Eagle airports to get you onsite. Once at home, the free in-town bus will pick you up and drop you off 100 yards from the doorstep every 20-30 minutes from 6am to 2am. Or just take the 10 minute walk down the pedestrian path to the Lionshead gondola. The Sandstone neighborhood is located on the hillside just across the valley from the ski area where the sun shines during the winter. Beaver Creek is 15 minutes away and also served by the bus.

Garage and 1 spot in front of garage are parking private to unit. 2 parking spots at end of driveway are common to the triplex. Town of Vail in-town bus stop located 100 yards from door. Sandstone bus loop is a short, frequent, and convenient route. All linens are included and laundry facilities are available also.
