A warm and friendly house situated in the suburb of Glen Innes, enjoying the dual benefits of close proximity to central Auckland and easy access to 3 of the city's nicest beaches!
The area is also well connected to public transport -- the train station is a short walk away (three stops to the city centre) while the bus stop is even closer.
Mission Bay, Kohimarama & St Helliers are also very close & offer 3 of Auckland's nicest beaches along with plenty of options for bars, cafes & shopping.
The house is brand spanking new (completed in January 2017) offering modern features. The bedroom is light, spacious and fitted with a queen size bed which will easily sleep two people. There is also a built in wardrobe and the floor to ceiling window lets in plenty of sunlight.
There is a kitchen available for use, fitted with a fridge, dishwasher, oven, ceramic cooktop, kettle and toaster.
Dining room and lounge are also available for guests to use, with the latter opening out onto a large, sun soaked and furnished deck -- great place for a drink :)
Fibre WiFi is available with unlimited data and you may also use my Mac if needed.
All part's of the house (apart from the 2nd bedroom) are available for the guest to access and enjoy. Only thing to note is to treat the house and the facilities with the same respect you would treat your own
We have only just moved into the area, however I have been working in the area for over 2 years and know it very well. As I only work down the road, I am can be available quickly in case you need any help. Otherwise, we are happy to offer any tips or suggestions when it comes to places to visit in and around Auckland, where to eat/drink and how best to access the public transport.
Bruno the Beagle (incredibly friendly toward strangers and playful dog) lives in this house too :)
I enjoy travelling and AirBnb has allowed me the opportunity to meet some amazing people and enjoy some fantastic experiences. Now that I finally have my own space, I'm looking forward to opening up my home to fellow travellers and extending them the same warmth and hospitality I've received during my travels.
