My beautiful period flat is perfect for visiting couples, a family or small groups; with a large double bedroom, plus a big sofa-bed in a separated living room.
The flat has a great roof terrace has a BBQ and gets the evening sunshine.
Great selection of local pubs and very good restaurants. Close to a very pretty part of the River Thames. Less than 10mins walk to both Putney Bridge and Parson Green tube stations. 10mins by tube to Wimbledon. 20mins by tube to West End.
A practical and spacious split level flat. The kitchen and bathroom are on the lower floor, and the bedroom, living room and access to the roof terrace are on top floor.
The living room is separated from the other rooms and hall way by a door, so can be treated as a private bedroom, if required. The sofa bed is very comfy (I slept on it for a few weeks before I bought my bed) and big enough for two large adults (150 x 204 cm).
The Roof Terrace get's the afternoon and evening sun and so is perfect for eating out or having a cool drink in the evenings. The view from the terrace looks up a long row of gardens and is a wonderful patchwork of London life.
Hot water is unlimited, due to the combi-boiler and there is good water pressure for a lovely hot shower.
I would like you to feel at home during your stay. And the whole flat will be available to you.
I do keep personal belongings in the property, but will ensure everything is put away, and I can ensure that there is storage space (hanging space and/or drawers) available to you if you would like it.
Please just let me know what you would like to do; if I am in London, I will be as accommodating as possible to your needs.
- Smoking on the terrace only.
- Respect the neighbours, please keep noise down between 10pm and 9am.

5 things I cant live without....ummmmm....well, doesn't that depend where you are? Every time I leave to go away, I tell myself: "Do I have my passport and my bank card? Everything else can be sorted out later". So, as you might be able to tell, I like to travel light and also am happy to go anywhere at short notice and with hand-luggage.
As an Air BnB guest; The most important thing for me is managed expectations. So long as I get what was advertised and the place is clean, the rest is up to me.
Life motto? Just made up one: "You get out of life, what you put in to it".
