The Domaine de la Sagne offers 10,000 m² of preserved nature, featuring a traditional walnut grove, a fenced garden, and a wild hillside wood.

The House:

Ground Floor: Two elegant master suites with private en-suite bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a cozy living room.

First Floor: One bedroom with 2 single beds and a 'mini-dormitory' with 4 single beds—perfect for children. A separate shower room and independent toilet serve this floor.

Outdoors: Furnished terrace, secure heated pool, and a vast garden with total privacy.

Modern Comforts: High-speed Fiber internet, desk with printer (ideal for 'bleisure' or remote work), laundry room (washer/dryer), and free on-site parking.

Other informations :

Linens: Bed linens are provided free of charge. Bath towels are not included but are available for rent at 9 euros per person.

Pool Policy: Animals are strictly prohibited in the swimming pool. A 100 euros cleaning fee will be charged for any violations.

Activities: Direct access to the Dordogne River (8 min walk) and immediate proximity to the Rochebois Golf Course.

House Rules: Parties, events, and professional filming/photography are strictly forbidden to maintain the peace of the neighborhood.

A security deposit of 550 euros is required via credit card before your arrival. This amount will be fully released after your stay, provided no damages are found.
